- Crochet an easy cap. This is from Round 1 to 24 video.
Yarn used: Medium 4 weight yarn
Yarn 1 pink - 50/50 acrylic & cotton
Yarn 2 turquoise -100%cotton
Crochet hook: size F & G or 3.75mm & 4.0mm

This brim pattern is crocheted separately then attach to the hat. If you are going to use this brim. Use 4.0mm crochet hook.

Abbreviations used:
SC - Single crochet
Ch - Chain
HDC - half double crochet
Sl st-Slip stitch
Dec Sc-Decrease Single crochet
St/s -Stitch/es
18:47: The hat's circle diameter
19:09: The beginning of the hat's body

Mine turned out great. I did three strands for brim and use one size down crochet hook for hat. It fits perfect. Thank you so much for nice clear instructions.

This is easy to make 1st I made . my daughter loved it and I took it off and gave it to her I told her I'll make me another . Well I forgot about it until it popped up again so making another one this time using 3 ply cake yarn light gray and pink strip. So Soft almost done a loving it hopefully she doesn't ask for this one too lol .thank you so much p.s had to add a 2 more Row's before doing sc cord because of thinner yarn .

I like to watch your Chanel here on RUclips, because you hold your yarn and hook correctly, I hold my yarn and hook the same way as you do, it tickles me when I watch other people crochet and their holding there yarn and hook incorrectly! I'm gonna make this cap one day, but instead of just changing the colors I'm gonna combined the colors, where you would actually change them!

I dont believe there is a right way or wrong way to hold your hook. It's what's comfortable to the individual!
