AI Chatbots are the most annoying interactions I can ever have. I always end up talking to the call centre people. Chatbots can only solve specific problems. We will still need some call center person to talk to.

It's true... We could see a lot of new apps delivered by start ups do not even have live cust care support options.. They just have chat bots at level 1. When the issue is too complicated, only then will we receive a call back from live agents. So the call center jobs will be more refined, demanding a higher skill set.

There are many students who dont want to go to engineering or medical but to follow their passion in many arts and sports but they are being pushed into these streams by the parents and they study without any interest failing again and again which ruins their skills and leave them either unemployed or with mediocre wages from the jobs, indian parents should also understand and encourage their children to explore their passion and other streams of education too.

I guess call centres won't get effected because of regional languages as they may not able to co-ordinate with people who can't speak English or Hindi, even if AI adopts multilingual tech it may not be able to understand what a customer is saying as the pronounciation may be different from actuality.

They want a high salary but are not ready to take the pain to get core concepts. The fault is with our education system.
