Current update grease port mod is working good. It makes the greasing simpler versus disassembly. To me, it does not change how often I grease, disassembling or with grease port mod I will add grease for every 10-15 runs of the boat. This just makes it simpler for greasing and done in just a few minutes versus an hour
You didn't really think about it, did you.... lmfao Looking at mine ...if you put the hole there the servo horns in the way and you'll never get a syringe in there.. put the hole back towards the impeller and add a watercooling nipple from a rudder with a small piece of tube on it. ..
Access is not a problem with a syringe. Water fitting or set screw is all the same to gain access one way or another for greasing the shaft. However your feeling must still be hurt Paul! After so many years. I’ve done and past that issue years ago and moved on having fun in this hobby.
I haven't even got mine yet , but I had that grease port already figgered , but great info video !!
...anothet awesome on how to do all the bits you wish proboat had done first
Awesome looks easy
Keen to get an update how well the grease port mod is working? Does it reduce the number of times you have to do a full dismantle greasing?
