    14:55 Better to peel carrots before cooking, as you do with potatoes, but the tool is great!!

      In English, it's called a mandolin.

      Grazie per aver condiviso questa informazione! Come hai detto, "mandolina" è il nome comune in Nord Italia per questo strumento. È davvero molto utile per tagliare le verdure in fette uniformi e precise!

    کار عالیه اما باید یک چیزی درست کنی مثله گیره تا بتونه سیب زمینی ویا غیره رو نگهدار برای احتیاط تا دستت زخمی نشه ....
