as a teen and into adulthood I had social phobia, I would have a burning sensation in my gut even around friends, at 25 (1985) someone gave me smokeable heroin, its effect wasn't drastic but I finally felt comfortable in my mind and body! but of course, the addiction spiralled Down to methadone maintenance, was an upward battle to get off and finally I feel good in myself, I believe that struggle taught me self acceptance and a lot more good things, We have better help for GSPhobia today! So don't try this at home Lol

I would recommend Einstein read In The Realm of Hungry Ghosts by Gabor Mate to have a more informed opinion. Einstein is not far from the mark here but he's missing a lot of information and over simplifying the cause and solution. Though others have done far worse on this topic, this video isn't bad just could be much better.
