I’m a 50 yr old man crying like a baby… This film and especially this end credit sequence, is about as close to perfection as art can be on screen. I wish my family could see and remember my life in this way. It captures the heart and soul.
These credits and the song... It's like... I don't know how to describe it but like a gentle goodbye. Growing up with the original... The lyrics and the images they show. It's almost like it's saying: "You've grown up. Time to let go of fantasy for a while and focus on the life ahead of you. But always look back on your cherished memories."
This was the only ending credits that legit had me bawling like a baby, and I'm a grown woman! It reminds me so much of my mother and I 😭 Rest well, Mom!
Maurice's rendition of this song was beautiful and heartfelt, but Celine Dion's voice is nothing short of perfection. The other lady who did the song Beauty and the Beast in this movie has NOTHING on her. I am so proud of her for finding the courage to overcome her fear and returning to sing this beautiful song for this movie.
The "other lady who did the song Beauty and the Beast" is Ariana Grande together with John Legend. But I *fully* agree with you, Celine Dion remains the ever reigning queen of music
I remember this part of the experience... I've red that Celine will still sing for this movie and when the end credit starts my god ... what a perfect song to end a great movie
darthstarkiller1912 I meant the song. It is pretty good and oscar material. I agree the other nominated songs deserved recognition but this one is beautiful
I had this played for my Granddad's funeral for his farewell in 2018. He was lucky to see this film when it came out and he loved it for he would pass away in 2017. He said when he would go, have this for his send off and so my family did. I miss him still as do my friends and family.
Aww i hope that your ok having a happy lifetime remember he is always watching you and always pray that he havind a good time in heaven he will always love you i jope your having a good time
@@justjoys1758 thanks. I am. Since then I always keep remembering him. Now I tend to use this song to remember anything in life or any fond memories I look back on.
I legit love this end credit the art, the music, everything!! It’s like the casts are saying “Thank you for entering our world, it’s time for you to go back now”. Heck, I even experienced separation anxiety for like 1 week!!!
I was captured with “ the voice” of this end credits. It reaches your deepest soul and captures your highest hopes. What a beautiful song from Celine . Not to mention the other beautiful song of Evermore from Dan Stevens. What a masterpiece of art from the music and the film !
I'm going to be honest, a lot of people may not agree which is ok but I think this is one of the best credits I've ever heard and seen🥰🥰🥰😍👀💖 even before the song begins the violins, piano ect, makes the song better
I kinda feel like this song represents Celine herself. The year before this film is released, her husband, Rene Angelil, passed away and she was depressed. Despite this, however, she kept singing, probably knowing that’s what Rene would have wanted.
Most beautiful song sadly rarely heard & was missed by placing at films' end. Song brings tears to my eyes. Celine recorded it right after the passing of her husband. Oscar worthy but never is heard.
I agree with many, one of the most beautiful end credits ever done. They all feel like statues coming to life for a bit to greet us, then goes back to position as the light dims. Particularly Kevin Kline and Ian McKellen's parts. It's kinda sad, like saying goodbye. Well, it's the end credits of the movie after all. Thankful for all the amazing creatives behind this project. Very well done!
In Remembrance to the original Beauty and The Beast (1991) 🌹 Angela Lansbury voive role as Mrs. Potts (Born: 16 October 1925 - Died: 11 October 2022) Jerome Bernard Orbach voice as Lumière (Born: October 20, 1935 - Died: December 28, 2004) David Allen Ogden Stiers voice as Cogsworth (Born: October 31, 1942 - Died: March 3, 2018) Rex Everhart voice as Maurice (Born: June 13, 1920 - Died: March 13, 2000) Mary Kay Bergman voice as Bimbette (Born: June 5, 1961 - Died: November 11, 1999) Tony Jay voice as Monsieur D'Arque (Born: 2 February 1933 - Died: 13 August 2006)
This movie was an absolute masterpiece. It's rare that I think remakes are better than the originals, but this one hit it out of the park. I very much enjoyed how they brought the old songs back but with a new flair, but I also enjoyed the addition of new songs. The only thing I wish was different was that this song made its way in whole into the movie, rather than just a few lines sung by Maurice in the beginning. It's honestly such a beautiful song and I'm looking forward to the possibility of getting invited to a wedding where this is played as the first dance!
I went to the theater for the movie; didn’t really enjoy it, but this ending credits saved the day for me. It felt like seeing your dear old friends again after a very long time, and the warmth never left.
I've just watched this movie once when it first came out. Tbh, not much scenes remain in my memo, but this end credit "haunts" me beautifully every damn year.
When Gaston shows up here it looks like that he is trapped in the magic mirror. ;) I still love him, since he is played by Luke Evans beacuse he is so handsome and one of the best actors. ;) When the Enchantress/Agatha shows up here in a golden dress, i wish she could have been dressed like that in the start of the movie when she place the curse and at the end when she breaks it. ;)
She Is beauty She Is grace She can punch bad guys in the face -Nalani P.S Hermione Granger=Harry Potter Belle=Beauty And The Beast Two characters equals...Emmma Watson
No Matter what you think of beauty and beast 2017 at least it give us how does a moment last forever just this song only makes this movie warrant existing
I didn't have much of an opinion on this movie, but I guess this song's pretty nice lol. Also, don't get me wrong as much as I love Disney's classic movies like my personal favorites The Lion King,Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, & Mulan and cared less about their live action remakes even if usually the Disney movies I also usually enjoy the most are Pixar and live action non-remake movies like the Toy Story and Pirates of a Carribean trilogies along with the Experimental/Post-Renaissance I also grew up with like Dinosaur & Lilo & Stitch etc. and also enjoyed my 3 favorite Revival ones like Winnie the Pooh 2011,Wreck-It Ralph, & Big Hero 6 the most? I do feel like the drama and comparisons between Disney's animated classic movies and their live action remakes have been giving me a hard time lately. I'd probably take Lilo & Stitch and Pete's Dragon's live action remakes over the rest of them anyday but I guess that's not saying much I suppose.
I am not a huge fan of the 2017 version of Beauty and the Beast but these end credits are truly beautiful and Celine's performance of this song is wonderful to say the least.
It looks like Gaston is trapped in the magic mirror during the end credits and Agathe/The Enchantress should wear those golden clothes at the end when she release the curse.
Beautiful end credits, but also kinda sad. The more I look at it, the more sorry I feel for the servants in the movie, being put under a curse for something they didn't do. If I were one of those servants, I would strongly hate that Enchantress if she did that to me. It seems so wrong. 😟😟
This is the most beautiful ending credit I've ever seen in my life
Most beautiful end credits I've ever seen
Emilio Valdez yeah 😄
I know,I always think of this scene whenever I hear this song. It's so beautiful.
Emilio Valdez true!
I agree. ;)
Twilight Breaking Dawn part 2 credits are very great also.
I’m a 50 yr old man crying like a baby… This film and especially this end credit sequence, is about as close to perfection as art can be on screen. I wish my family could see and remember my life in this way. It captures the heart and soul.
The best disney ending remake done that recaptured that old childhood feeling when we heard music like this on the older animated disney films.
I really loved this special version .. feels like watching a breathtaking curtain call or dancing in a magical finale. So beautiful!!
Beauty and the Beast is a freaking masterpiece not even Frozen can compete with this movie
Tracy Raymond you sure about that?
Tracy Raymond I agree 100%
Frozen is a bad movie with good songs
I love,love,love frozen but...yeah it can't compare to this
Geek Show
Yes, she’s sure about it. Frozen, story-wise, is overrated
I cried when the credit rolled. It's Celine Dion!!! bring back nostalgia :') beautiful, beautiful song.
same here. She also sang Titanic's theme My heart goes on.
@@Kanefan701 Celine Dion was part of the credit song for the original Disney animation movie too.
And she had just lost her husband when she recorded it.
I cried for grief 😭 I lost 3 people I loved
I cried in three theaters, and I still do, lol
These credits and the song...
It's like... I don't know how to describe it but like a gentle goodbye.
Growing up with the original...
The lyrics and the images they show.
It's almost like it's saying:
"You've grown up. Time to let go of fantasy for a while and focus on the life ahead of you. But always look back on your cherished memories."
I love that! Beautifully put!
This made me feel so emotional because it reminds you of others who are gone and also the bright side in life
It's supposed to be a happy ending so why am I crying?
Because it's so beautiful!
😔
Because it's love
It's a beautiful combine of art, music, and technology
It's just so beautiful!
Celine’s voice is always beautiful
So we have Hermione, Professor Trewlaney, Obiwan, Gandalf, Dr. Erskine, and Olaf in one movie. If you know, you know.
And Christopher Robin
And Cesar Flickerman
And nanny mcphee
And Bard the Bowman.
Nigel- the devil wears Prada
I wish they'd do this more often with ending credits. It took my breath away because of how amazing they made this.
This was the only ending credits that legit had me bawling like a baby, and I'm a grown woman! It reminds me so much of my mother and I 😭 Rest well, Mom!
So sad that most audiences never even heard this song as it is sung at the very end while folks are exiting. Best song of the entire soundtrack.
this feels like a beautiful cinematic curtain call
bomda 😊😊😊😊
yeah it does
I think that's what the creators of the movie were going for
yep me too
Beautiful 😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰😘😘😘

One of those rare times where I sit through the credits every time I watch the movie
I remember this part of the experience... I've red that Celine will still sing for this movie and when the end credit starts my god ... what a perfect song to end a great movie
Best movie of year 2017. :)
starlight992 what about the greatest showman and wonder those two I thought were really good
@@theamazingandtalentedblake8296 Ikr, I loved them both.
Can't believe wasn't even nominated for an Academy Award. What a HUGE SHAME
The film did receive two nominations: best production design and costume design. It lost both to "The Shape of Water" and "Phantom Thread".
darthstarkiller1912 I meant the song. It is pretty good and oscar material. I agree the other nominated songs deserved recognition but this one is beautiful
Oscars are not real critics in my opinion 😔
It was rarely heard & never released as a single but should have been nominated since much garbage lately gets the nomination.
This ending song is incredible and magnificent
Beautiful end credits

This is one of the many reasons Beauty and the Beast is my favorite movie
Ms. Dion still got it.
1:02 has to be my favorite part. How Ewan McGregor played Lumiere is my favorite part of this movie!
When I heard Celine’s voice I literally cried.

Truly one of the best end credits ever made.
It should have won an award for the credits! Wow!
At least the title song won the Oscar but this is more beautiful. It was rarely played on air & never released as a single.
I kinda feel like this song represents Celine herself. The year before this film is released, her husband, Rene Angelil, passed away and she was depressed. Despite this, however, she kept singing, probably knowing that’s what Rene would have wanted.
I think these credits were so lovely.
3:12 I love that part 😍

What is that liquid pouring from my eyes? Why must I cry over this movie?!
Celine Dion also sang in the animated version of Beauty and the Beast.....

When even the end credits blow your mind...!!😺😺💯🥳🥳
I wish I could just get the instrumental version of this song. Either way it’s gold.
The Editor Just Make it Beautiful in Sadness😢
I love this movie both verisons I named my daughter after Belle I wish she was here now
I really love this song
I dont know which one is greater. The end credits of Aquaman or this LOL! They both so grand
I'd do anything just to be able to go see her sing this song. I grew up listening to her music, and she will always be the best.
She is very ill; pray she will sing again.
This song let me get to know what is love an what's its about ❤🍒
Awesome end credits and bringing Celine dion back to sing the song best decision ever
i love this song❤❤❤❤❤

"How does a moment last forever?"
Oh how I wish they could. One in particular, with someone with whom "our song [did not] live on."
I don't know why it's sad😭😭😭❤❤❤😍😍😍

i would rather have the extended version from the credits than the one from the album
