I appreciate the English version! You’re the best.
Your English is great brother don’t sweat that. You sound great and thank you for posting this.
Can the next vid be a story time? How you started, where you come from, your experiences and how music became your profession, etc. I think it would be very inspirational for young musicians that may relate to you!
This is very helpful. Great demonstration. You sound fantastic!!
Your English is fine, bro. Thanks for the video.
Vince was my teacher at Northwestern. Stopped studying with him after certain difficulties arose. Went to study with William Scarlett. Michael McClary, Assoc. Professor of Trumpet 🎺, Georgia Perimeter College and GSU
You've been a big inspiration for me, I really appreciate you making an english version of your teaching videos! You have very good english
There are those that have mastered their craft, and those that can teach it. A lot of the time they are not one in the same. You are most certainly both.
Thank you!
Soooo true. I had a teacher once for 3 years were I didn't make any progress and actually destroyed my lips were sometimes they would bleed but he was an incredible player a solo trumpet player in a orchestra in my country. After I went to another teacher who couldn't even really play himself anymore, I learned so much that I even passed the audition to a prestigious music school here in my country after a year with him. So to any young guys out there wanting to do it professionally, be honest with yourselfs and notice when something is not working out and make the jump and try different teachers out
Great sound, man! I never go a day without this exercise either. Fantastic for all aspects of playing evenly, beautifully, and musically all over the horn.
Great warm up Elmer! Hey Man your English is fine! Have you ever used the James Stamp Warm Up? It seems very similar, but it has more peddle tones. Thank You for the great post! 🎺👍
Your English and playing are both superb! I use Cichowicz with my tuba students and I love your addition of the pedals.
No need to apologize and thanks so much for the english version!
Very good video. Thanks for sharing.
Very good. I use this to buzz to before I begin with my trumpet exercise.
Teachings getting better every vid 👌
I appreciate everything about your video -- especially your trumpet tone throughout (as I am a beginner)! Your English is great.

Thank you Elmer a big help
Hola Elmer, nos gustaria a los peruanos verte tocar tu trompeta junto a Tony Succar, uds son el orgullo del Peru. Que Dios los siga bendiciendo.
I personally think that you should always think forward and not up and down just so it doesn't affect the way you play. My opinion, and everyone is different! Your English is great!
Great Video
Which Mikrofon are you using?
Awesome! Thanks for posting this.
With my students I like to add an F# going up to the G. It really helps to connect to the top note when building range. :) great video.

good day! I'm same as you. We play trumpets and Our parents don't speak English. The video CICHOWICZ IN MY WARM UP (DAILY ROUTINE), I am able to understood what you are talking about it clearly. Practice that after long tone as you said in the video. I hope you can understand my English.
Vincent Cichowicz was a prominent member of the Chicago Symphony and an esteemed member of the brass faculty. He put these exercises to paper around 1966 I believe? Calling them Flow Studies.
What is the piece in the intro? I’ve been trying to find it.
badinerie is the name. :)
Thanks
