BM's 1015 without straps is frightening. The speed at which he lifted that. Fucking mental.
+Chris Lester ...I agree, no hitch and a solid lockout as well.
very good
+Chris Lester His strength is insane, cant believe it.
+Chris Lester His strength is insane, cant believe it.
+Chris Lester Benedikt Magnusson is not human. He is alien
2:50 the guys victory dance in the background lol
"there is no reason to be alive if you can't do dealdlift"
>moves bar 5cm
Pastel he held if for a while
Pastel Looks like an above the knee rack pull
Is it? Pulling a square in your quads? Is it really?
it was thicker than an axel bar. So yea, pretty fucking hard
Pastel most of us probably can't even lift 100 pounds you need to learn respect
Watched this video then ran straight to the gym and did my max deadlift. Forgot I had Chilli for lunch and now I'm switching gyms. Great video!👍🏾
fucking great comment
lmao
LOL
LOL
JäGER EVO MR LOL.....!!!!!!
A simple movement, but wow the years of dedicated training to lift those amazing weights. They are hero's all of them. Much respect
Benny's 1015 is still my second favorite ever next to Eddie's 500
2:50, guy in the background. Best victory outburst ever
8:10 Treating the weights like a gentleman!
@ClaudeSpeed3 It´s actually funny that it all happened in these 3 years. Food for thought.
Such a solid lift
07:58 THAT'S A DEADLIFT
The greatest of all time.
He made that look way too easy. This whole video is crazy.
On that note, I did notice the following:
2:31 doesn't count due to the dropped weight, but still beast.
2:50 your boy in the background celebrating, though
Whole lot of hitching going on, most notably 3:14, 3:37 (say it ain't so, Mariusz), and 7:21 (hitching tutorial)
Not Telling lol it fucking counts bro.
@@nottelling4828 HITCHING TUTORIAL! AHAHAHAHHA
@@Terrythetroll. does it?!
Who use LBS? = USA, Myanmar and Liberia.
Who use KG? = The rest of the World.
Brechum Canada too
Brechum I only know pounds
Brechum USA is the best country in the world
@@garrettroland3006 and the FATTEST
@@oz311 USA isn't the fattest country in the world.
7:58 most impressive in a long row of impressive deadlifts. 1015lbs, no straps, just walk up to the bar and lift it and make it look easy. Increadible.
and then gently set it down lol
wtf gary frank just stood up like he was getting up of a chair BEAST
Then put it down, no drop. Beast doesn't even explain it!
2:50 that dance says it all. the joy that must've been in the room is incredible.
+IdiootTering Or the guy was just a swedish weirdo lol.
These guys also own the records for most compressed discs. F'n impressive!!!
In 1996 at the age of 43 years old I Deadlifted 650LBS. at the USAPL, Masters Nationals Powerlifting Championship in St Louis, Missouri. My body weight was about than 245lbs... My Squat of 650LBS, Bench of 430LBS, Squat of 650LBS. was good enough to take 2nd. place in the Heavy Weight Division. I never touched steriods in my life. I'd bet you a Dollar to a Dime that almost all of the Guys in this video are pumped full of Juice!
Bud Olesen
Burton B. Olesen except the major lads Brian Shaw Hafthor bjornsson and Eddie and a few other “exceptions” but yea other people are full of injections
I am a simple man,I want to see kg !
DonGabriel Lexandru divide all these by 2.2
Carlos Moeller or check the description
m4c1990 I wasn’t the one who asked for KG..dummy
Yes, comment on a 1 year old comment....
YES
8:51 you know it's a lot of weight when you cut your leg cause the bar rubs against it
There's no reason to be alive if you can't do deadlift. 🙏🏻
We have peanut butter so there is still hope.
Brent Hill Lol...!!!!!
more than 7 billion people have no reason to be alive
Exact
Erik Bentley FUCK you idiot I can beat your ASS irl
2:52
what the hell with this little dance
😂😂
+Renan Lira Looks like a background character from Street Fighter II
THANKS FOR POSTING!
Ed coans 901 at 220 is insane
+Nick Hubert onoe of the most impressive lifts off all time in my opinion.
+Nick Hubert Dan Green will destroy that.
seheadhunter50 maybe, maybe not. Time will tell. Not at 220 though.
Nick Hubert I left this comment after watching a guy do 900 deadlift lol oops, got confused
+Nick Hubert come on bro, its easy to weight 220 when you are 1.68 m.
This is the man. Paul Anderson is listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as having lifted 6,270 lb (2,840 kg) via backlift, on June 12, 1957, in Toccoa, Georgia.
Thank you for posting this Video
I love how hype these guys get
Magnusson's 1,015 was locked out without a hitch. Awesome. While all of these deadlifts illustrate massive strength, hitching and lack of a lock-out is an issue.
+Jackie Horgan it was more impressive than Eddie's dl because he did it without straps, no aid, just a man and a barbell. And he looked surprised how effortless it was.
@@oliskranz he had a belt on and he did the cork screw
Honorable mention should be given to Bob Peoples, an American deadlift specialist that weighed about 181lb that in the 1940's could deadlift 700+ lbs. No movies of him are available but several photos were published in the old Strength and Health Magazine in the 50's and 60's. It was mostly exhibition lifting since power-lifting contests like we know today started in the late 50's or early 60's. He was thin and had very long arms . He did not use straps. He has been forgotten completely.
+Alfonso Rodriguez If I was old as shit I would definitely know him lol
I was trying to remember his name so i could type a comment, Bob Peoples also known as Mr deadlift and used the overhand grip for both hands.
i love that the beginning is full of powerlifters, and as the weight progresses strongman takes over
How gently benni set the bar down tho... goosebumps
no hate, but, would be nice if you put it in kilos as well, only 4 countries in the world use pounds, thanks
Trump is reported to wanting to change to metric units. Thanks to doing business around the world he uses them him self. Ill fly away now.
Just divide by 2 and you get a rough number
Tobias Östh yeah, but it's not very accurate, plus, i think usa should start calling things for their real name like every one else does, i mean kilos are clear for the Earth except them And football as Well, i don't get why they don't leave It clear for everyone
***** i Guess you are right
Only the superior countries use lbs
That 1015 by magnusson with no straps was insane.
Yea, he was also SLOW TO PUT THE WEIGHT DOWN
That lift will always be impressive!
this was great. thanks.
Great video, well done!
Never skip leg day...
never deadlift with your legs
pike hopefully you're not serious
@@mybestregards lmao you're hispanic
You mean back
Oh no,the Mr.Big Legs is here
my lower back hurts while watching this hahaha
then your'e not watching this video properly
Then you don’t deadlift enough and/ or properly
You don't deadlift with your back tho...lift with your legs
Your lifting wrong
denzelicus hahahahahhah :D I see what you did there
awesome compilation
Eddie and Benni are different class. Eddie 463kg in the middle of an exhausting strongman contest. Unbelievable.
Benni 460 with no straps. Gripzilla! These two are freaky strong. Good technique though too.
Iceland has giants living there. Out of a population so small, that's quite interesting.
+Adam Woodford Until they do as they rest of Europe has and allow mass immigration. Just you wait.
@@damiansconberg4715 Just like mass immigration of Mexicans has fucked up America
@@justarandomguy2078 not nearly to the level of europe though
Lol eddie hall is still stronger than that viking bitch
Andre McGoo actually a lot of people give a fuck. You don’t want your culture to be completely overwhelmed by foreigners you let in who’re giving birth almost quadruple the rate of the nationality that have been living there for centuries
I think I just slipped a disc watching this.
great video man!
awesome one... Keep it coming
cool video. but you did not show my 415lb 1 rep
I can strap one hand on the bar and do that for reps lol
+Alex Wolstencroft prove it
I don't have a video doing 1 handed deadlifts, but here's 585 x 2 ruclips.net/video/4sPq-AvBvFQ/видео.html
Alex, might wanna calm down on the narcissism. Not trying to be rude but I see your comment pattern and as the original poster of this video, comments personally striking somebody, especially at this day and age in youtube, can easily get your channel flagged for suspension. Awesome deadlift in that video, but striking out at somebody and making yourself seem better than another can get you flagged. Take it from somebody who had a channel revoked from the same comment pattern. Not being rude, just some heedence.
Andrew Jatib as if You can do it
Benedikt Magnusson made that look SCARY easy how he slowly set it down when though 8:20
I know and raw no straps nobody else has touched that weight strapless I don't think.
What a fantastic video bro, so motivating.
Part 2 please!! That video was realllly great!! Liked & Subscribed :D
They all must go to planet fitness
Devin Shearer
🤣🤣🤣
6:38 this guy is doing 948lbs or 430kg deadlift in a regular gym LOL all those people around must have been going crazy
Sam Brown that's big Z
that would probably make everyone with a little bit of agonism go *ALL OUT*
That's Zydrunas in Lithuania. People are not surprised by this.
Any gym blessed with Big Z's presence is no regular gym
It ain't 948 it's 8 plates and change. No way in the 900
This video gets me HYPED.
Tks for the video
Great to see Mark Henry among them. One of the strongest men that’s ever lived. Broke numerous records for his tome including heaviest all time powerlifting total of a drug tested athlete for quite some time
Nowhere near one of the strongest. You need to stop watching wwe
Zangief Wins!
+Jed Schuler Yes!
Jed Schuler
"HA!! HA!! HA!!"
Lol i mean the guy wrestles with bears
Thanks for putting this in lbs
great video! Awesome music choices!!!!
eddie hall :D
* Eddie fookin' 'all!
+Maximillion
lol conor fans everywhere xD
alex snow Love Eddie Hall. He seems like a hell of a guy.
Benedikt Magnusson made that 1015 look easy as hell.
wtf he keep the negative under control 😂
CoyRex1 and no straps ..beast
HELL BOY agreed, different league
This is awesome!!!!
awesome video man :)
i have been watching youtube daily since youtube began and the first 18 seconds of this vid it the most AWESOME !
Thanks bro I love editing.
Great job! "THERE IS NO REASON TO BE ALIVE IF YOU CAN'T DO DEADLIFT!"
the new world record is of 500 kg or 1102 lbs
Eddie Hall
Yep eddie hall almost died doing that shit.
Ghooosst WarRock PH he also shit his pants doing that shit
ryan rogers does it count as raw? To me raw means NO equipment. He’s wearing a belt. Regardless it’s a great lift.
@ryan rogers No, Eddie's record is not here cause this video is before it.
This was uploaded in 2015 and eddie's record was made in 2017.
great video bro...heading to gym to deadlift my pb
keep killin it!! Excited to see you succeed yo!!
+Alpha Core Thanks bro, rare chance I even read your comment cause this video gets so many comments and troll wars and shit that 99% of the time I X out the notifications without reading the new comments.
Imagine the First guy had Today's Supplements 😅😅😅
I just watched a video with Pete Rubish doing 920, at 245
Fully aware of that bro, look at the date I edited this video.
the real question is how the fuck can he do 920 at 240 O_o
just Rubish, i tell you, Rubish.
Perfect choice of music for this video
Solid video, I just subbed!
What makes Eddie Halls lift even more impressive is the fact that he used double overhand grip, you see lots of people using over/underhand grip when hitting heavy cause it gives better grip.
+NakedSnake yeah but he used straps
lmao he used straps bro the straps r doing all the work,jk, but seriously the 1015lb lift is more impressive
at the end Zangief from Street Fighter
Impressive Lifts!!
That fucking unit delivers a legendary line to be quote for years and deadlifts 1000lbs simultaneously
Brian Shaw just hit 1,005 lb pull the other day too!
I watched this went straight to the gym to deadlift i then pulled my lower back and left hamstring on my first set now i can't go to the gym for about 3 weeks
could've been me bro, speedy recovery!
sorry, not sorry?
Did you warm up?
that opening clip was so fucking epic, great job
Buncha legends moving monsterous weight. Awesome.
You should make 2 more videos. One for squat and one for bench
And one for calf raises
+Rdog 96 Oh yeah I forgot
every lbs is counting here, respect
+Tomáš Sadílek Thanks, I'm OCD so I couldn't have just thrown in a bunch of random deadlifts and slapped music tracks on. If you notice I also lined the clips up to the beat as much as I could.
+Alex Wolstencroft Yeah, I really like how you have the data for every lift (name, weight ect...) Very well put together.
very good! !
I had a serious workout this morning. After watching this, I feel like gassing up the war wagon and driving back to the gym! Then again, goodnight y'all. It's my nappie time.
6:13 that's actually WWF legend Mark Henry he was actually a power lifting champ
kazmaier the best form
Seriously, and he lowered it slowly down past his knees. Absolutely in control... makes my 315 look like a broom stick.
That Ronnie Coleman two time lift was awesome for real, true strength
ronnie's deadlift surely is the most badass. The shock of the weights hitting the floor went through his entire body!
2:34 Fake, 2 pound fell on the floor
THAT IS FAKE....
Dropset ;)
Eddie Hall made 1020 lbs look so easy lol
No wonder he got the 1100
sick video
This is the meanest motivational video
8:15 1015 pounds with a smile :)
Eddie hall. Beni magnusson. Brian shaw and big Z best ever
Coleman's double rep was amazing.
Greatest vid in youtube
Wow, watching these guys really puts into perspective how fucking strong Clarence Kennedy is....
clarence kennedy 340kg at 100kg. No belt. With weightlifting shoes
Yup, I know. I would have added him in there, but I just found out about him probably 6 months ago and I made this video over a year ago.
Alex Wolstencroft i was gonna comment the same :-P
i think thats a much more impressive lift than for example mark bells 675 considering the guy is heavier and trained all his life for powerlifting and than there is a weightlifter who randomly decides to destroy him
still cool video! keep it up!
The grip strength on those guys... most of these are without wraps at all!
wow amazing!
I find 800lbs strapless more impressive than 900+ with straps
Some bad lifts in there! You cant shimmy the weight up the thighs!
It's called hitching and it's allowed in strongman.
OH! As a retired power-lifter I know whats its called but didn't think the audience would. Great video just the same. In the federations I lifted in the bar could not stop motion in the dead lift either.
+theoriginalmungaman We can cheat in Strongman! lol As long as the weight goes up it counts! haha
@@trevinohorrorandstrength9228 yeah and thats how its supose to be. tbh it whould be retarded to say no that don't count becaus it was not the right technic like if the weight is upp the weight is upp
Awesome soundtracks
Man my hats off to all of you simply amazing power
technically Pete Rubbish did 825 x1 and then 815 x1 because his weight fell off while he was lifting haha ----> minute 2:38
You forgot Furios Pete with 700 lbs
I might have put him in. He even did it beltless which made up for the straps.
The last one is straight up insane
Just beautiful
