Thanks so much for this Jay. The close up shots were nice. This toyline looks like it will be pretty amazing. I'll be watching this video over and over :)
As much as I’d like these to have modern articulation I’m very very tempted by some of them to be honest. They look fantastic. Wave two looks even better than wave one did.
Very fun and vibrant line. Captures classic MOTU vibes and classic Advanced Dungeon and Dragons. Looks appealing for both jids and adult. Bet this is going to be really successful!
Caveman? It looks identical to the Esoteric _'GREEN MAN'_ of Celtic & European lore. As scene immortalized in many ancient Cathedrals & church carvings. That figure Looks Awesome! _______ And what about these _Dragonlore_ guys selling us that "ancient ruins" dio ?? I think to many New Action figure companies are overlooking the value of A good modular "Ruins" playset dio. Cause they're not that expensive to make. Especially if produced in the 1000's. It's one way to get All the fans in on one thing. Wether MotU, Mythic, Thundercats, Fantasy in general,, Gi Joe etc. The right dio works & cross pollinates multiple franchises & genres. > I should start my own co. Called MCR. - _Modular Castle Ruins._ Unless I'm Crazy & on my own here. But I would bet, if done right EVERYONE would want one.
Not really. Keep in mind this is a company that JUST started. They do not have the footing to be able to make products at a lower price like Hasbro or Mattel. As far as the lack of articulation goes, that's the entire point of them. They're 80's style figures. People aren't buying them for hyper-posability, they're buying because of nostalgia and it going right alongside the brands fron their childhood like MotU.
They are also a lot easier to get than most of MOTU these days. If you factor in the surcharges by online stores or scalpers, there isn't a huge price difference between these and Origins (at least if you preordered them from Formo).
Got my Power Con 3 pack in the mail today, and they’re GREAT. I love the retro considerations in the design. I feel like it’s 1982 all over again!
Those are some nice looking figures. Can't wait for my Wave 1 to arrive and to get to order future waves.
man these looks so good....love the diorama 🙌🤟👍

Dude, they look INCREDIBLE in person wow, bought the whole first wave right there on top of the power-con exclusive set
@@GeekDadLife Wow, thats pretty impressive. I know you will enjoy them. They are worth it. Congrats :)
That 1.5 wave looks awesome. Great another line to get into
oh WOW!
An army of cavemen.
That's a cool idea.
oh man.... these are so awesome!
I'm really tempted to pick up Barbaro and Yondara, but the dragons are a definite must buy!
The colors and painting on those figures are so good, that is too good for MOTU inspirated style 😅
Greate figures, amazing stuff.
It’s so amazing in person, some of the BEST looking figures this weekend
Got wave 1 and I really like this new line of figures.Looking forward to more of these.
Hey I made it in your video by accident, talking to Peer at the end.😂
Nice to meet you this weekend, Jay! Keep up the good work!
Same! It was great meeting you too!
These look really cool.
Hopefully they are not too hard to find.
BBTS has all of Wave 1.
As much as I’d like these to have modern articulation I’m very very tempted by some of them to be honest. They look fantastic. Wave two looks even better than wave one did.
They look and feel SO amazing in person!

I hope it is!
When will you review the figures you bought from these guys? I'm hoping soon. I don't think there are any reviews on RUclips yet.
These are so tempting. I'm an Origins collector...so diverting funds to something else is making me very hesitant; but these look beautiful.
I just got my wave 1 figures in hand the other day and now I'm really jonesing to see what the other wave 2 figures look like.

These look great- of course, so did Wave one & I haven’t got those yet. Not holding my breath…
The first wave didn’t appeal to me much tbh but that zombie caveman has now got my attention. May have to get him
maybe they can give one to each of the world leaders trying to start ww3.
I like the passion behind this project, but it`s not for me.
Sono meglio i masters
The prices for these figures are ludicrous! And they don't even have knee or elbow articulation. Give me a break! 🙄

Rip-off of masters of the universe 😂
Then I guess MOTU was a ripoff of Conan. Outside of the toy size & style, there is enough differences between the 2 lines.
@SMARTASS826 is the same molds as the old motu toys with armor.
No they aren't. Some customizers and indie companies reuse older molds but there are all new.
