Note: Assassin No. 2 arrives when you finish 8 tags.
This stage is possibly the hardest one in the entire game. You only get 7 red tags before the Golden Rhino communication warning shows up, then you have this aerial Assassin squad of death to deal with. They WILL ensure that most of your tag chains are broken if you don't dodge those bullets. Dashing while be your best friend here!
This assassin is among the most dangerous because they fly to a set position and spray bullets your way every few seconds once in range. If you need to hit a large or Extra Large tag, then you will be finding yourself dodging before finishing the tag (or getting hit, and they do decent damage per hit). This can hurt your score a lot. So I hit the X-Large tags first before they arrived-- along with a ton of the green out of the way.
This stage can take awhile since you have 24 spots to tag to complete the stage, and a lot of ground to cover (4 different areas). But there are so many green arrows available to tag (a bit over three times the amount of red), that you will find yourself re-stocking on cans consistently. Well, only if you are playing like I do, and aim for 100% stage tags This is a very difficult task. I still couldn't do it because I missed two in the residential area. Crap!
I picked the not-so-preferred character type for the job (15 can capacity), so I had to optimize the heck out of can usage. I kept getting Time Over in this stage when I tried to do every single green tag. The bonus to this is a real high score, way higher than time bonus alone could give you. Not a bad result to be honest.
I made every moment possible constructive. I could have managed a lot better with a medium graffiti character, but I was up for the challenge the Advanced character gives you. I also had to give Piranha some screen time so yeah...

This is probably the hardest level in the game because of those stupid jet pack gunner guys

I do not know what to say, but I hope you realize that this performance of yours was nothing short of godlike. Mu condolences about the two missed tags in the residential area though... :)

Lots of practice. PS3 version is pretty strict about directions, so it often flubs like during the middle on that one Extra Large tag.
if u see a guy dressed like a hippy grim reaper and some short guys with bird hats on that would the Takedowns Dr.(not a real docter) Dude_Harm and his Parret-Medics they're our distractions for u so be glad they didn't sent alotta more goons! The good old Doc and his boys do have a wonderful things for the flair of ostentatious distractions! They the ones who tagged the Tokyo Commisioner's Building. It took months just to wipe all that off(the thing was the biggest eyesore this city's ever seen and it was all over the world news and to top it all off the comish's office was sprayed top to bottom and that took even longer just to filtrate out all the fruity(non-poisonous we make our paint non toxic) paint aroma! I still have a picture of it. IT WAS GRAND!) which is why are paints are custom made to last a looong time!

It becomes muscle memory. I'm more conscious about trying to go too fast as that usually causes errors in input.
Trying to keep each set of strokes to a second or less is very hard and I've yet to master the motions.

I used to play This on my Dreamcast years ago I did tricks with cube and also this one ☝️ to yes it was so hard and also you bang onto things and the flying gangs are after you and shooting you yes it’s not easy I want to bring it back for iPhones please I love this game and also my brothers children 👶 i even remember the tracks wicked man 👨

Who's the best pick? I used Combo for Shibuya, and I'm using Cube for Benten. Apart from that, I have Beat, Gum, Tab, Garam, Mew, Yo-yo, and Piranha.

Forgive my asking - is there any particular reason to go after all the green tagging spots first in a lap like this? And - why is no one hitting you? Do you have it on easy mode or something? I'm struggling hard with this level
Green Tags - Personal challenge that made the stage difficult to complete, almost timing out if not planned properly using a tag-oriented character. I did miss a couple at the end of this stage.
Dodging Damage - Tab says it when he joins you: "Listen up. Bullets can't touch you when you're dashing. Got it?". The Exclamation Mark above your head means an attack is aimed at you. It flashes if you are about to get shot. Dashing will cancel the mark entirely, as well as grinding.

Not unless you are very skilled. His false power rating means he dies really fast, so taking a few shots in a row could be fatal.

You should take Noise Tank he can hold 50 cans and has high Graffiti stat.
That's true, but they also earn less point for Large and X-Large tags. If it was only all the Red Arrows, then it's fine since you can cover most of them before having to re-stock. But if you are looking to cover every single Red and Green Tag with a Jet rating, time is strict. The time tradeoff with high-point Grafitti vs. having to go out of your way for more cans is something I haven't researched on this particular stage though, so you may be right.
And i think they also earn 100 points for every unused can. So you can get bonus 4-5k points.
