One of our Grandmothers is teaching me the right way to make Limoncello ... I just wished I had the Beautiful Lemons from Italy... I would love to go to the parts of Italy that use more butter than EVOO, and Meat more than Fish.. Maybe one of these day... God willing. Thank you again for all of your videos. Chow

Freeze them as soon as you make the balls. Thaw in the fridge for at least 24 hours.
