You always seem to keep the attitude of gratitude! Great idea with the cookies. My dad always made soups in a jar, and it is customary to return the jars. It means you actually ate the soup, and hints that you're ready for more ;)

I really like the idea of the cookies in the jar, will definetly do something like that! It reminds me of my own culture, whenever we get something (mostly on a plate) my mother gives the plate back with something else on it and its just so fascinating!
