Seems like a mostly wonderful recipe, just not a tiramisu. No mascarpone, no liqueur. I personally don't mind adding cherries - I love cherries, so no issue there. Using cream cheese makes it a layered cheesecake, though.

I personally think it sounds good! Sometimes classic recipes should be played with! That’s how you get fun new ways to enjoy fruits (in this case) and other cultures! Also I’m an Italian/American so I’ve used to your “classic” tiramisu and this one actually looks amazing!😊

they’re usually sold as gelatin powder, it works the same anyway

제가 트리님은 아니지만.. 식물성 동물성 둘 다 사용 가능한데 식물성은 더 단단하게 휘핑되고 동물성은 더 풍부하면서 깊은 맛이 있더라구요! 두가지 섞어서 사용해도 되용
맛을 위해서는 동물성 생크림을 사용하는게 좋더라구요~~
