Bonus for the episode, Kyoka Jiro's backstory...
Imagine if those lasers actually blew some people up accidentally lol
Oh gosh this makes me cry every damn time Eri is so freakin' precious i can't hANDLE IT
This episode and that song make me cry every time! Such an amazing wholesome show ❤️
You guys have recovered from the last episode, you guys are once again awesome, keep up the good work.
This arc may not be action packed but it hits you deep in the feels, underrated arc for sure 😭
This episode is so nice. I love seeing them get to be kids and playing festival games.
la brava was looking in the end credits at the guy she wrote a love letter to. they guy talked about this in the episode about la brava, he said she was a stalker
I cry so much, but this episode had me sobbing at like 5 different points (Jiros backstory, Eri smiling, etc.)
The thing your talking about with strong people unable to become quirk users, actually has its own side manga, it’s called My Hero Vigilante. It’s actually really good and builds on some members of our main cast. I strongly recommend it to anyone who sees this.
Edit: I forgot to mention this but it’s written by the creator of the OG Manga and show, Kohei Horikoshi.
It's written by someone else but they go to Horikoshi for approval of events and continuity.
That episode. Mix of feelings of joy. So emotional. So beautiful. Masterpiece.
I love how this is such a feel good episode. I love that they were able to have one school event and have fun just being high schoolers with out some villains spoiling all the fun 😊
Anybody else slightly mad the eyes on Marketa's shirt doesn't line up with Iida's jawline?
😂😂
Why did you point that out? Now I’M disappointed
Bruhhh
LMFAO!!!
ERI MUST BE PROTECTED AT ALL TIMES WHOS WITH ME ON THIS ONE
YESSSS AND BABY TAMAKI💗💗💞💞💞💞💗💞💜💞💞💜💞💜💞💗💞💞💗💞💙💙💙💙🐰🐙♥️🎡🎡🎡🤗😳
12:18 if you slow it down you can see the shadow of Overhaul vanishing under the light of the show, allowing her to smile and be happy :)
This episode makes me cry its so beautiful I love it so much it hurts my heart with cuteness
I think the argument against "Gentle didn't do anything wrong" is at a minimum he used his powers in public illegally and attempted a B and E
Jiro's backstory is quite simple but the impact is just amazing, it's something we can relate to a lot. Best parents award goes to her's fr.
I’ve seriously watched this episode so many times, and I cry every time!!!!!!
Also is it wrong of me to want someone to adapt Class 1-B's play into real life? Preferably Team StarKid?
Everytime I watch the performance, it makes me cry happy tears. It's just so wholesome.
Wow, so glad you guys liked it. Back at the start of this arc I was surprised to see people saying it wasn't a popular one, that you guys were gonna be bored. Nah, the slice of life is triumphant.
jirou was my favorite character from the moment i saw her in season 1 , so seeing her get this much attention in this arch and seeing this episode especially made me very emotional…
i have been waiting for 2 months for this reactions, and i am happy to see that some of you couldn`t evade the tears of joy, for me it was the best chapter for the season, with the final one of course, a nice story about changing
I was so looking forward to your guys reaction and I'm happy to see that you enjoyed it as much as I did 😊.
"This is definitely the calm before the storm"
Dang how did he know-
I got emotional as hell with both the song , jiro's back story, and of course erie smiling
I was so happy at this episode, I cried at eris lil smile
Mirio: I’m best boi! I have capes!
Deku: I have candy apples.
Me: Sorry Mirio.
damn i loved this ep i rewatched it so many times and i literally cant stop myself from crying when she smiles every time... also i really wanna see their reaction to the finale now so bad
I love how Mirio is her Guardian and Midoria is her Hero! 🤟🏻🥰 Eris so damn adorable. “And I said WoW too ☺️”
I love Rana, she's really the frosting on the cake in these reactions for me
she is
in the beginning of season 1: **everyone hates Bakugo**
later: **everyone loves bakugo**
there are heroes that go out and try to better the world in the MHA universe that don't have licenses. there is even a manga series that follows some of them called MHA:Vigilantes (also sometimes referred to as Illegals)
I have been waiting for this episode reaction for a while now....WOOOOOOO!!!!
12:19 It is at this moment...
With great energy of sound, light, and strength of joy...
That the shadow looming over the young child all her life...
Was banished forever...
And the child could, at long last...
Begin to smile...
good god this episode was so wholesome, I'm not even embarrassed to say i cried hard
Eri's smile gave me actual goosebumps 😭🥺🥰🥰🥰
There's an official music video of Hero Too with subtitles, just fyi.
I am so here for My Hero Academia: My Two Dads spinoff..haha, I've been going back and watching reactions since I just finished the new season, this was such a good episode.
23:41 thanks cris, now I'm sad
I'm kidding, I love to see you enjoy the festival
*Eri smiles* -Whatever
*Mirio tears up* Midoriya? -still meh
*Mirio still sobbing* Sir? Are you watching this? -*Me crying like a 3 year old who got their favorite toy taken away*
c'mon, how can you not feel anything when Eri smiled? XD
Fuck sir
Whenever I need a good cry I come back to this episode.
This entire episode is so beautiful😭💕
Im rewatching the normie my hero reacts (it's a comfort for me for some reason) and I TOTALLY forgot they basically reacted to a whole season during lockdown😭 But I guess, in a way, so did we all.
This is my favorite episode out of the entire series so far
No matter how many times I see it...I cried when Eri smiled!!!
I’m really happy you guys liked the episode! It was such a fresh air for My Hero in my opinion, finally the kids could have fun without it being ruined uwu
This episode got me in the feels tbh
I've been waiting for a reaction to this episode! :D
Also yes, the best part about Gentle Criminal was that he wasn't like other villains, he was one of us, he wanted to be a hero and this society and its structure drove him to what he became. Like an alternate Deku, in a sense.
I really hope Eri sticks around for future seasons too and we get to see more of her, she's grown on me a lot by now. She's just too adorable for words and her voice actress is fantastic at portraying that adorableness.
shout out to the studio animation on how good they adapt it the concert scene from manga to anime and improved it to that quality. i hope BNHA never change animation studio like how other top anime destroy their anime by doing that. BNHA animation studio really know the heart and identity of BNHA
In my opinion, this is the best episode. Hero Too is on the list of my favourite songs, and Jiro is one of my three favourite characters (other two are Ochaco and Dark Shadow).
If you guys haven't seen, there was a community singing of hero too, lead by Caleb hyles i believe, absolute banger
