- Its not how to fix it, its „what to do”. I put it in the name of vid, cuz people that dont know how to fix it will click on this. We will not fix it, but i will say how to do that withdrawing your pet dont have error. Tysm!

i have a bigger problem, when i try to refresh the balance on my account, it does not work. what i mean is that when i try to buy that balance thingy when you go to the + near your account, i choose my payment method and put my details but when i try purchasing it, it says there was an error and that the transaction failed due to system security or something like that. please help me out, i feel like the only one who is facing this problem, i need to buy pets so i dont feel poor.

i checked the time limit on when i can withdraw the pet and it said i had to wait 14 mins. When the timer was over the timer restarted and i still cant withdraw the pet

I tried everydays but it always appears, I tried at like 2 minutes again, and today is her birthday, and I haven't her pet. I don't know what to do. This website is trash i bought a neon flamingo and when i wanted to add my alt user it said error then i restarted the site and when i checked my account balance the money was gone and i could not even get the flamingo so i just wasted 20.56 dollars for no reason.

You all guys have a problem with that, the time is resetting, it happened to me too, maybe its gonna be a big update on the website or them can't put more time like 10 days like they can put there only 7 days for once. Maybe its a really big update and you guys (and me) have the same time its been 7 days i bought my pets i was so happy then it reset.. I think you don't have to worry just wait. And with the Google Play... I think it's because you guys are on Apple, and Google Play might not work there. Maybe its not working by something else but idk that... If ur on android and it not work idk 😅i really idk.. You guys better pay with Visa in all devices, Apple Pay in Apple these are best i think but Apple Pay dint work on my device and i have apple. I hope it helped👋
