    Hi my lovelies and welcome to another video with me, Laurie, from LEMon Yoga. I'm so happy you're here! today i'm taking you through my morning prenatal yoga routine. I perfected this during my second pregnancy and it really helped me to get rid of the morning stiffness so i really hope it works for you too.     36 and I've had really bad back pain since 32 weeks. Have a lot of difficulty with walking and stairs. These practices in morning and evening make it so I can at least get through my day.
