Hellooo from Indiana. I'm wanting to swap out my 1996 bronco seats for newer ford seats. Do you happen to know what years are compatible? Thanks

@@colt-ss3lw none are directly compatible but the will work with some fabrication. It’s all about getting the seats to mount to the floor or tracks. I’ve seen superduty swaps from 99+

@@BroncosandPartsGarage Thanks, I'm aware of fitment issues it's the years I'm needing. So, 1999 and up probably not past 09 to avoid side curtain air bags. It would make things a lot simpler if I could find bottom seat cushion foam. Driver side foam is breaking down.

Did this to my driver's door 2 years ago. Going strong and made a HUGE difference. Also put kil-mat over as much of the door as possible before replacing door panel. Made a major difference in rattles and squeaks.

It’s a no brained ad on. My f350 door barely opened. I installed this and it’s ROCK solid. Thanks for the comment.

I just put one of those Amazon steel handles in my '93 a few months back. This looks like a relatively simple way to make sure I never have to do it again! Thanks for these videos!

I have an 89 has linkage rod...my door is stuck shut and will not open inside or out...thoughts?

You may have to remove door panel and reach in to actuate the rods. Maybe even damaging the panel, sadly.

Or have someone apply load of pressure from inside out.

Also, if this still results in having a long pull on the handle, your cable may be stretched. In that case, you can order F4TZ-15219A64-A (passenger side) or F4TZ-15219A65-A (driver side) door latch + lock control with cable. I only had to do this on the Driver's side as 210k miles of daily driver usage had worn that cable out.

We will try. It’s a very strange thing for did. To abate sound. Once that plastic deteriorated those pockets just hold water. My 96 had a foam plug in the drain hole. We will look into this soon.
