Punta Cana infrastructure is on the rise bro. In 5 years it will be good to go, so now is the time to get in. Prices have definitely risen since COVID, but if done right you can really come up in a relaxing life style. It is retirement for me, so the struggle is over. Other items you mentioned are on point.

You are right. I can see PC looking a lot different in 5 years. We toured an absolutely beautiful New condo near Vista Cana and Cocotal but finally decided against due to it not being near the beach or very walkable. But there are still some amazing deals to be had here! Thanks for watching!
