I’ve thoroughly studied The Joy Of Wokking. Considered to be his magnum opus in cookbooks. It’s like the wok bible. The perfect book on how to master the art of Wok. I hear his voice in my head when I read it lol 😂 No wonder I got so good at cooking stir fry. Martin’s now and forever a legend

I love Martin Yan…watching him as a kid sparked my passion for cooking. I used to make some of his dishes in my teenage years, although somewhat modified (using chicken instead of pork for the stir fry pork with vegetables). Also made his poached fish quite often, too.

Funny. Now shrimp toast is quite popular. I always learn something new watching this show. Off to the kitchen.

*_RUclips_* is truly messed up these days, unrecognizable from what it was ten years ago. It actually makes me really sad.

Show started in 1978 and this is the first episode of season 4....so probably '81 or '82.
