Yes, this was a nightmare for him. It’s definitely “He’s So Fine”, and I fully believe George when he says he didn’t do it on purpose. His estate now owns both songs, as I understand it. Love George. Love the Crystals too.
Don’t think it was conscious- Lennon far more blatant in borrowing Come Together from Chuck Berry’s You Can’t Catch Me - even took some of the words! Plus Harrison’s arrangement is fantastic - the old joke is that the Chiffons should have paid George royalties. Poor Ronnie Mack who wrote the song in 1962 died a year later.
saving this for when i’m a bit more trained. i feel the same way as you. the first time i heard this song i had been listening to the beatles and it came on in shuffle play. i remember i thought it was a bit boring, but after all it was a song by george, so i listened to the whole song. it started growing in me every time i listened to it. now i love it and it’s one of my favorite george harrison songs
Yup, I have the same experience as you mentioned, Vasil... Some pieces I just don‘t get them in the very beginning... the more I listen to it, the more I‘m fond of it... & I really love the song‘s structure which changed the key on the way... So fun to play & sing! A lot of beautiful chords in this song! Ha! Happy learning! Best!!! 💟
Hermosa versión clásica y pura del tema extraordinario del legendario y recordado por siempre del Beatle George Harrison, felicito al jóven por su calidad en guitarra y voz armónica
This is amazing, Vasco! (Please, please do a video for Here Comes the Sun like this!) For those learning the strummed part: playing more chords barred may actually make things easier in this song. For example, if you play E as a barred C-shape, with the bar at fret 4, you get your C#m and G#dim at the very same spot, without moving the bar - and F#m is also right there, using the Em shape. In the first part of the song you can do the same for the D chord, played with a bar on fret 2, which makes changes to Bm, B7 and F#dim easier, because they're all right there, nothing needs to move. And when it comes to the key change, you have your D7 there as well.
omg! can't wait to learn this! i've been looking for a tutorial for this song few years ago and found nothing. thank you so much for doing this tutorial now! ♥ i am a big fan of george harrison and the beatles, so i liked this song when i first heard it, but i get what you mean by not liking it at first, that happens to me sometimes too :D seriously, you're doing a great job with these videos and thank you again ! i really love when you make classic rock songs, those are my favourites
Love this song! I've been struggling with these barre chords for 1 month now (i've got blisters on my fingers! - if you know what i mean). But then again, there's a whole quarentine ahead.. Teach us some more Beatles pleeease! :)
Hi, My daughter is starting learning ukulele and she wants to see how to do the extra cords you mention it is in the pdf file fro free and she cannot find to get access unless she place a credit card number, this is the only way? Thanks
Great song choice Vasko! My Sweet Lord is a great song, revolutionary at the time, calling for an end to sectarian religious views. The song mixes Christian and Hindu prayer phrases.
The lyrics he was singing “I really want to see you lord” and at the same time the camera refocuses to the sky and not on him, maybe irony in the way the camera did that at the perfect timing
Interesting history to this song, it landed George Harrison in court for plagiarism ruclips.net/video/rinz9Avvq6A/видео.html

I noticed u slipped in the text asking the question. is it ironic? What do you mean?
