Hi Danno, I shop Kroger as a rule, but I'm only ONE person and really don't want to buy 5 of everything at the "lower price".....besides that, storage is limited and 5 X 5.99 = $30.00! Also, some of the "fresh" produce at our Kroger here in San Diego has been going bad in 2 days, and every Avacado has been bad on the inside....like they've been tossed around when frozen and when thawed lots of big black spots that have to be cut out. Thank you for showing the organic soups, Iove the organic Progresso chicken & wild rice, and the gluten-free chicken noodle. Good to have on hand in pantry when sick or need to feel better quickly! I also found some recently in non organic on sale at Target as you showed. I've been eating soup this summer so I have to get more for the winter, especially since my freezer went out a couple days ago and I Iost all the frozen veggies I was buying for winter soups. I was planning to dehydrate some for shelf stable soup too. 🤦♀️ I also bought some of the Amy's ones this year to add to my shelf stable supply.
Thanks Danno. Looks like spaghetti is the best price for wheat carbs. Sugar,wheat,rice and corn meal seem to be steadily rising. Sometime the Asian stores are a good place to get the 20 kilo bags of rice. Imported items are steadily increasing in price..this trend will likely continue as the dollar weakens worldwide. Spices will be effected by this and many of our meat and tomato products processed in China. To my knowledge Red Gold tomatoes are still processed in Indiana..a bit more expensive, but support made in USA or we lose them and those jobs.

Those Kind bars being advertised as healthy is crazy. They are candy bars! Its why everyone is overweight these days. Eat a big juicy apple with a handful of unsalted nuts instead. You will feel like you ate a full meal and in a years time of eating whole foods your body will be lean like we are naturally suppose to be.
And ARIZONA long Colorado River area Smith’s, which is part of Kroger. They had awesome mangoes for $.69 each. And avocados $.69 each, and there was no limit. So I’m probably gonna have to freeze some of my avocados cause it just about where they’re gonna have to be eaten but you could do that. And the mangoes I got four trays going into the Freeze dryer and did two trays. Mangoes come from Brazil and 60% were terrible so I got my mangoes I haven’t looked with the avocados are this week but that was a great buy last week

I use this also. At my Sam’s club they have it marked down for $4.91 for 16oz! I couldn’t believe it. Bought enough to last years. I checked other clubs and they’re sitting at $10.98. Cant figure that out. Best Buy date on the ones I purchased was 12/25 so that’s not it
I avoid corn syrup too. Still a lot of good pasta sauce options out there. I recently stocked up on some Ragu sauce from Kroger, they have a no sugar option too. Sometimes sugar is a necessary option in a small amount to balance out the acidity so it's not bitter. Corn syrup seems to be the cheapest option for a lot of companies. I also avoid corn syrup in ketchup and BBQ sauce.
Look at these prices they are crazy just saw on the news Cola will be 2.3 to 2.6 how lol and you look at the web site they count food and housing and energy cost that is all b / s hope you people undestand that !!!
Have you checked what stores are under the Kroger 'umbressla" there are few places that do not have oneof the 'family' of stores. I know that Upper Michigan, New Jersy and Florida do not have Krogers, but at least in FL you can order from Kroger.
