Yay, done with roadworks around Victoria. Last time I took the 24, the bus had to go all the way around Grosvenor Gardens and that took ages due to congestion, but now it can turn right at the way out of Victoria. Can save up to 10 minutes in peak times😂
Wonderful video, mate! Took me back to the many times I visited London and all those incredible landmarks and architecture. Trafalgar Square must surely be one of the greatest landmarks on the planet!!!!

Ah, that's why the traffic was crawling up Charing Cross Rd. As Lower Regent St was closed all the traffic going up there had to go up to Cambridge Circus and down Shaftesbury Avenue. In the old days (before Mayor Boris closed off the north side of it) they could have turned buses round at Trafalgar Square
Hey I love these. So good, what a wonderful way to see London. We live in Sidcup and cant get into London at the moment, and just recovering from Covid so its a nice way to see some of the city. Really like the walk in London too. Excellent
So relaxing when drivers give way to each other and parking. If we did jay walk there a fine, if you park on the kerb a fine. And I amaze concerning bike riders and motorcycle riders weaving in and out traffic. I want to see Isle of Wight (born there )so I may try London buses.
It would have been wonderful if you could have moved the camera to show Westminster Abbey. It is an iconic landmark in London. Please try and do so the next time you take Route 24.
I used to like getting that route when it was operated by Grey-Green with the comfortable Volvo Citybuses. Now though like everything else, it's spoiled a little by the artificially generated traffic congestion produced by the endless traffic lights with the express aim of causing congestion so they can justify Congestion Charging and Ultra Low Emissions Zones and all the rest of it 😑
This excellent video would have benefited from stopping filming at the many bus stops and traffic lights and resuming filming upon leaving them. Delays in traffic are as frustrating to the viewer as they are in reality. Who enjoys waiting in traffic?
