The address for the condo was 875 South Bundy Drive, Los Angeles when Nicole Brown Simpson bought it in January of 1994 (just five months before the murders) for $652,000. The condo has 4-bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and is 3,400 square feet. Nicole's family quickly put it up for sale for $795,000 after the murders, but it sat on the market for about 2.5 years until finally selling for $525,000 (way under asking price) either at the end of 1996 or early 1997. It was sold again in 2006, and this time it sold for $1.7 million. At some point the address was changed from 875 South Bundy Drive to 879 South Bundy Drive.

People say Ron Goldman was in the wrong place and the wrong time. If OJ was lurking to kill Nicole, then Ron being there must have thrown a wrench in his plan. Sadly both murdered. So much hate he ended these lives. Left his own kids without their mother.

I stood in front of the new entrance as well and just thought about everything. Then a little bird came flying and sat right in front of me....I believe NIcole´s spirit is still around. Never forgotten. Strength and power to all women who are going through domestic violence. Leave as long as you can, don`t keep contact, even if it is hard, abusers are very dangerous and unpredictable. My prayers go out to the family of NIcole and Ron. May you all find peace one day.

It was Jason. He was trying to tell O.J. to give them the gun. O.J. had already written a suicide note. (It's known as "the fake suicide note.") But thanks, anyway, great job! The street is pronounced "Sann Vih - SINN - tay." (Not Saint Vincent.) O.J. didn't ask Nicole if he could go out for dinner with them after the dance recital. He greeted the other members of the family but not Nicole before the recital. It's my opinion that she had already told him she was going to let the world know what he was really like. He had had a courier bring a copy of a letter reporting to the IRS that she owed them 90k for the Bundy condo, on Monday. When O.J. sold the luxury condo he used when he was playing for the San Francisco 49ers the proceeds went to Nicole, by the terms of their divorce agreement. She was supposed to provide housing for the children. So she bought the Bundy condo. But you have to pay capital gains tax if you sell a rental condo and don't roll it over into another rental. That's why she immediately listed the Bundy condo. The realtor said she was supposed to put up signs after a dinner party and she got to Sunset and Bundy and thought, "Should I turn right or left?," because she had told Nicole she would put up the signs Sunday night after her dinner out. But she turned right and went home. Otherwise she might have been there at the time of the murders. Probably not. Nicole signed a one-year lease on a house in Malibu, with a pool, for 5k a month, on Friday. That's how much she was afraid of O.J. and the IRS. The kids were going to have to leave their school.
You always have to follow the money. So on Monday Nicole got the news that the IRS was going to tell her she owed them 90k capital gains tax. She immediately called the same Beverly Hills realtor who had found the Bundy condo for her. On Friday she signed the lease for the house in Malibu. On Sunday night she was murdered. At some point she asked Kris Kardashian to videotape Nicole's history of her life with O.J. Or Nicole just called it, "Some things I would like to get down on videotape in case anything happens to me." That's what Caitlyn Jenner says in the new documentary on Peacock, which I was just watching, "House of Kardashian." Nicole also had diaries in a safe deposit box, which the prosecution team obtained after her death. It's my opinion she wanted her kids to inherit all that money, so that's why she kept her mouth shut.
If you watch Christie Prody's interview on RUclips, she says the reason she thinks O.J. murdered Nicole is "Some things he said about 'Nicole had it coming.'" He said to his acquaintance in front of the school on the evening of the dance recital, "We took these middle-class girls and made them rich." The people who played golf with him said he always cheated on his bets. He would drive off the golf course on a side path and claim if you don't collect the winnings on the course, the bet is off. It's always about the money.

Is this condo like a duplext style condo, or was that whole place hers? I thought there was another neighbor living directly next door in the same condo. Just curious.
Btw, I think the new owners should demo that condo then rebuild a house there, or some apartments. Just to prevent onlookers and people coming by taking videos. I get some people are fascinated by this area, but kind of creepy vibes.

They found a set of keys and his parents house key was on him and a key to his old jeep. Where was his Toyota and Toyota key? Did someone who was staying at his apartment use his Toyota to drop him off then go back to his apartment? I never could find out what he drove to the condo with or how he got there. Clark only says in court that ok Ron gets to Bundy. I am also curious because in oj confession (hypothetical LOL) he said Ron came in through the gate that oj came through etc. why didn’t Clark say how Ron got there ?

More on Shively. "The harsh reality is that if one examines the news reports published and broadcast on June 13-14, 1994 it becomes clear that every element of Shively’s tale (from the time speculation to the license plate number) was in the public sphere. With this knowledge and the provably false elements of her story, one can easily conclude that Jill Shively used published & broadcast information to craft a tale to insert herself into a huge news story to reap the benefits. (Let’s not forget that this is someone clever enough to dupe Brian Patrick Clarke, a seasoned actor, into believing her fraudulent representation of herself as a screenwriter using a stolen script.) Jill Shively has been telling her tall tale for over 20 years in a convincing manner, but the devil is in the details… It’s the details of her tale that cannot withstand a fact check and proves beyond any doubt that her story is nothing more than a lie."

How long would it take to walk from OJ’s to Nicole’s? I always believed if he was stalking her that in order for her not to see him and he lived in walking distance he would sneak up there at night. That would explain why there wasn’t much blood in the Bronco. Perhaps he killed them n ran home grabbing something from the Bronco dropping a few blood drops.
