Hi guys. Great vlog as always and I liked hearing about your experience and take on Virgin. We were on Valiant Lady at the end of March and had a nice time and the food was the best we have had at sea so far and we didn’t find Valiant Lady to be hot at all. We are older cruisers and found that there was a good mix of ages on the ship.

12:35 you can absolutely fit your luggage under the bed. There's 17.5 inches of clearance vertically. 15:04 Yes they do have the AC on but they also have a Huge door open on deck 7 for embarkation for hours on end which the system can't keep up with. It's fair to point it out however. It's one of my few annoyances with embarkation day too. Note: your audio sounds better when you are not holding your mic.

I just did my first Virgin Greek Glow Resilient Lady, 7 day Cruise in June that had a no single supplement/ $600 bar tab promotion.
I wasn't impressed with the food in the containers in the Galley, the sushi were tiny little things. For breakfast, I'm eat simple, eggs and toast so I eventually ordered room service for most of the time, I was impressed with how they packaged the whole room service in a bag etc.
I never saw people get raunchy etc on the cruise. Only somewhat R rated was their shows but nothing major. Drag Bingo was fun and the drag queen was hilarious!
As for the hammock, to really enjoy it you need to know how to go into it, once you do, it's addicting and so relaxing and I'm a bigger guy as well.
You guys got a smaller terrace room, I assume, as my room was bigger, don't think it was the XL terrace either.
When it comes to eating at the restaurants that require reservations, the best way to do it is reserve each one for each night you're on the cruise.
I did Celebrity Edge cruise before this one the week before, their ship is more opulent and I prefer the buffet style eating. The food on Celebrity is amazing IMO. SO I was comparing a lot.

The room is pretty nice. The bathroom is very small. That's too bad that the luggage doesn't fit under the bed. The remote is very cool and the hammock is outstanding.

I've been a few lines and that room has to be the smallest balcony room I've seen. The bathroom is so tiny! Could we survive in it? Absolutely but man that is small! I definitely like the way they do certain things. I guess all line have their pluses and minuses. Great vlog by the way, thanks for the info!
So one of the most important things I want to know is. Was the AC good in that room or no? I need to be cool to get a good night sleep.

First time actually seeing your vlog. Just did this cruise itinerary last week. We missed the PJ party...exhausted. But not super mad we did. As far as AC - there are some hot spots on the ship but it felt fine most of the time. Cant wait to see more VV through your eyes!

There is a HUGE drawer next to the bed....I don't think you found it yet! Virgin does ask that you not decorate doors, but there are always people who choose to do so. There is a huge difference between the short and long cruises on VV, just as on most other lines. The short ones are a lot more intense in terms of partying. I wouldn't call the cruise R rated...but the best thing about VV is NO KIDS! No kids trashing the beverage stations, screaming in the halls, pressing all the elevator buttons, stealing from host carts, etc. Enjoy the rest of your cruise.

@@TravelSpreeOfficial From your pics, in your room it would be between the bed and the window. It is the thing that supports the bed if your turn it into the L shape, but it is a huge drawer, usually with a little bedding but a ton of space left for your stuff. It is low to the floor so you have t stoop down to use it.

i had a cruise booked with them but realized too late you NEED a passport to cruise with them. didn’t love that as i don’t have a passport and most cruise lines don’t require it
