People always have all sorts of corny stories about how music changed their life. But Tremors came out and I somehow found it and was obsessed, and then one weird Halloween night like ten of all of my favorite people from all around the US had all of our individual plans get ruined and we all ended up in my just bought, half empty house. All I had was my turntable and old silverface amp and good speakers. And all us just piled up on the floor and listened to that album and we all fucking knew it was something special. It ended up being one of the best/most memorable single moments of my life. Maybe the last great moment of my life. This dude connected all of us in that way in that moment. No one else had ever heard him before. I was like "this is a random gathering of best friends, let me show you this fucking magic I just found"... And it was. Sohn is a fucking treasure.
@@movAX13h oh wow. I am following SOHN for many years, but didn´t know this one... I think he maybe found the middle of electronica and singing part. But I also liked the pure electronic very hard... the new album is of course overwhelming, but in another way (still positive)
