The whole video in a nutshell:
The "Extended mag" attachment will give the gun a fictional *Insert number* mag despite it being modeled after the *Insert number* mag one.
@Freesmart true. BO1 M16 Extended mag uses the actual 30 round detachable box magazine.
True
@Freesmart World at War
"The FAMAS incorrectly holds 30/45 rounds."
Because leave it to the fucking French to make a 3-round burst rifle with a capacity not divisible by 3.
The FAMAS also has semi auto and full auto capabilities. The 25 rounds is still a strange design decision. They probably wanted square magazines for logistical reasons.
@@stardust_2339 apparently the reason was so that on the last burst, there would be a noticeable difference between it and those before it. That way, you have an audible queue to check if your rifle is empty without waiting for a click.
Or so I've heard.
45 divided by 3 is 15 and 30 divided by 3 is 10 though lmao
@@jack_copperz this wouldn't work out anyway because all the magazines, fiction or otherwise are in fact, dividable by 3 lol.
Even if you added the +1 from having a chambered round, you would still likely be firing in semi automatic during any real conflict.
This is your brain on the metric system
I can give MW2 a pass for using Airsoft guns as reference since the game was made in 2009, and the devs wanted to envision what warfare would be like by 2016. The airsoft guns look so much futuristic at the time than the sold ones (and unsold ones).
Yeah. But it would have been nice if they had fixed the little details in the remastered version. For example the disassembly pin on the Masada.
Too bad their predictions aged like milk. People in Ukraine are back using Mosins and WW1 Machine Guns. Instead of Tacticool guns we get classic guns with new sights and lasers bolted on top of them.
@@munanchoinc In my country, we are still using M16 we got from the US even if M16A4 already exist. While the terrorist groups here use cheaply made Chinese AKs.
So yeah predictions were like milk, spoiled and gone bad XD
@@munanchoinc thankfully no normal person cares about ukr*ine
@@munanchoinc to be honest I'd prefer a maxim with a titanium heat shield and a mosin to tacticool

@Freesmart many mistakes on the models, probably because of copyright
@Freesmart no, there a many mistakes as the dude above me has stated, a lot of bad models
He might make an MW3 vid before MW2019
Never realized how much airsoft impacted this game’s gun design
I appreciate using the correct French flag variant at 4:36, that's nice attention to detail
It also has the surrender sticks...
Lolll bruh I didn’t even notice the first time😂😂
8:57 I never really knew that guns in MW2 could have different reload animations with a HBS installed, that's a neat detail
I'm convinced the devs have never even looked at a real weapon before.

"Origin: Palestinian Territory"
Incredibly based.
Haha nope.... Palestine country doesn't exist. 🤣
Zionism
Incredibly based but incredibly true.
Damn right...
Pandering to the people who chose a terrorist organisation to lead their country. If israel wanted war, there would be no palestine. If Hamas wanted peace, they would get it. Go figure which one is the agressor.
You forgot about the L86 jamming after every slight gust of wind and blowing up after using the entire mag
Great vid btw, love ur content
@@hexagonalawareness3584 L85 and L86 are the same gun. Only one is an AR and the other is a support weapon. Basically a British RPK.
bro it doesn't do that wdym

Daaamn I have just discussed bthis with the Bois! Dude thanks for your vid!
Respect for the origin you wrote for the uzi
The Airsoft magazines had to be a faithful recreation, rather than an unintentional mistake, it's absolutely hilarious.
the airsoft magazine's.... just wow.....
I think a lot of the inaccuracies in mw2r were purposely left in to keep it more in line with the original, like they could of easily fixed the airsoft mag issue but choose not to
I like how half of these guns are airsoft guns
Love the content mate!

While an oversight on IW's part, reverse mounted iron sights are definitely doable, albeit a very weird choice. Only example I can think of is Sage Dynamics, he had a Troy front sight of some sort that he deliberately mounted backwards in order to have better real estate on the front of his rail, to accommodate for an IR laser-light set up. Though, keep in mind any adjustments you'd normally make would have to be done in reverse.
The rear sights are awkward mounted backwards. But most (not all) front sights usually work perfectly fine no matter how you mount them.
It's then only a question of whether you want the sight to fold forward, in which case you risk snagging on things but maximise the top rail free space, or backwards to make the sight less likely to snag on things but then it will also take more space.
@@honzabalak3462 Not to mention the sight radius too.
Wait, I DIDN'T NOTICE THE MAGS WERE AIRSOFT MAGS 💀
3:54 - There's an extra selector notch on the model which isn't supposed to be there.
I don't understand why they keep using the AK-47 in CoD. It's not a legend but an extremely rare variant.
Plus the Russians haven't been using or even producing this gun for at least 60 years now.
you want them to actually research the weapons?? tsk tsk
especially in the newer CoDs because they know about 5.45x39mm ammunition.
@@Arlanenic Well, the MW2019 AK is not a gun but a cursed lead spitting TRAGEDY.
The 5.45x39 conversion would sort of make sense if the base gun was an AKM.
And it would make an absolute sense if it was an AK-103. Alas, it's neither one of those.
@@honzabalak3462 agreed. that thing strikes fear towards my heart
probably because most people associate the letters "ak" with the numbers "47"
it's a russian gun with a banana mag? ak47, it's not meant to be that deep, really, it's mostly for the casual market.
most ak47's in games are akm's anyways.
Between MW2 and the new MWII, I'm glad they started using real fire arms in the studio for development instead of airsoft toys
It's a 2009 game do you think infinity ward could go around and buy all the guns to model yes they bought some or got to looked at some from the US rangers but Airsoft guns usually look like real guns that don't fire real bullets after MW3 iw used real guns
The one thing I never understood growing up with the original MW2 is why, during the ACR reload, does the operator take his right hand off the trigger to charge the ambidextrous charging handle? I always felt that common sense would tell you to use your left hand to charge it for a multitude of reasons. It's an easier regrip for the left hand compared to the right, which makes keeping your weapon pointed at the enemy easier, and also you don't have to keep your hand off the pistol grip so you're ready to fire right away and not trying to fumble your way back to the trigger after charging the bolt.
Maybe his left hand is weaker? Idk
Starts zooming in on the intervention
Me: *has a flashback*
The masada wierd looking thing on a side is not a handguard pin, but a QD sling point. Also the SCAR-H is modeled after an airsoft classic army one, you can tell it by the shape of a stock, sling attachmment and a lower receiver.
Bring back the GFL pngs
One thing you and many other miss is that the Steyr AUG only has a front sight, no rear sight is on it lol
Some other goofs I noticed were;
The mini-uzi is shown as closed bolt in the same manner as the AA-12
The UMP-45 fires too fast (666 rpm versus its real life 550)
The P90's fictional extended mags wouldn't be physically possible due to how P90 mags work
666 isn't super unreasonable for a UMP. On average they tend to be in the 550-625 range, but I've recorded the .40 S&W and .45 ACP versions as high as 750 in Audacity. Though considering how OP it was in game, a lower RoF would probably have helped balance it.
How could you miss the fact that the AUG doesn't have a fucking rear sight? How are you supposed to shoot that thing?
I never noticed that those magazines are actually just airsoft magazines, thanks for that
You didn’t mention that when you use the M203 with the TAR 21 the model doesn’t even press the launcher’s trigger, That the “M21” uses a 20 round mag model so the ammo count is a sin with or without the extended mag attachment, and that the bolt of the LSW doesn’t lock back after it running dry
that m16 rear sight tho way to high
I watched a video of Forgotten Weapons about the Dragunov. Apparently, there were models of the Dragunov that didn't have a bolt lock on them.
Technically the Magpul Masada is still classified as an ACR, from what I know the one we see in MW2 is what I think is a Bushmaster ACR in the basic configuration
Fun fact: reloading the M200 with an empty magazine is faster than normal reloading. The dead giveaway is the bullet counter: when you have no bullets left, the counter resets exactly when the animation reaches the old magazine grabbing sequence. That allows for a quick weapon switch in order to be back in the game.
It's the only weapon that shows such early counter reset. Other guns reset the counter exactly after the fresh mag is inserted, most notably during empty reloads.
so why no one ever talked about the intervention's bullet counter when it's empty at all?
i always knew the MP5 in MW2 and 3 looked like ass. now i know why.
Bc it mp5k
That ACR ping biggest lol of all
How did you miss the lack of a rear sight on the AUG?
I mean, did u expect guns to be accurate when it's years old? But yeah, great vid.
the HBAR also, bafflingly, completely lacks a rear sight
I miss Jonathan :(
5:15 You can change to a gas block with no front post sight on an FNM16A4. Sure it isn't "standard issued" but they exist in large quantities.
you didnt mention the fact that the guy ROCK AND LOCKS the mp5k magazine. you can literally see what looks like the indent on the side of the magazine while it's 'in' the gun
The m82a1 sniper in the remastered version seemed to be a bit smaller in the model size.
.50AE M82 "ultra lite"...
With the (honestly dumb) imperial ammo designations it all depends on context and is up for a discussion. You have to specify it's a Browning Machine Gun round, otherwise mistakes can be made.
Metric designations make the dimensions clear instantly.
8:38 it would be godly if the extended mag would hold 7 rounds and be modeled by the 7 round mag
streets needed this
He used the actual french flag and found out he didn't need to censor Germany anymore
Wow I didn't know they use AirSoft as their references
The France parts having a white flag, thought u could sneak that in huh? 🤨

The AK isnt entirely based on an airsoft gun.
The handguard and ar buffer tube adapter are CAA parts you can buy.
The M4 isnt either.
The handguard is an A.R.M.S SIR handguard.
Was hoping you’d show off the remastered versions if they’d fixed any animations but I suppose that’d make a sins video a little too long maybe

The rails on the M4A1 are real, they are made by a company called A.R.M.S and they are called SIR Rails as far as I remember.

Do everything wrong with Payday 2's guns next
@Freesmart and each one has a lot of things wrong with it lol
Munancho see if you can answer these questions
1. Are pintle mounts universally compatible with any weapon. I'm curious as to whether or not you can attach any gun to a RWS, Scarff ring, Foster mount or even a tank's hull without needing to modify the carriage. Like is it as easy as removing the firearm and equipping another one
2. Have there been any variants of the UMP like A1, A2 or versions that take Glock mags
3. When was the first remote weapon system invented
4. Did the Axis Powers have any aircraft gunner reflector sights
5. Were any aircraft gunner reflector sights invented post-war
6. Is rate of fire dependent to the caliber and would any accessories such as a suppressor alter the ROF
7. Do you know any reflex sights and laser sights produced in 1990-1991
8. Was the P90's reflex sight invented at the same time as the gun or post-Cold War
9. Was the Milkor MGL's M2A1 reflex sight invented pre-Cold War
8. The first batch of P90 was equipped with special reflex sight, made since 1993. The TR, which came with iron sight was released later around 1998-1999.
Airsoft guns... never realized that
The devs were into Airsoft apparently

I love how the French Flag is completely white :)
The famas have a 30 rounds magazine
despite the FAMAS not using it's original iron sights they still decided to model them and they totally butchered them. what's that 3 dot looking ass thing supposed to be?
i originally thought of adding that as a sin but realized that people actually mount a rail on the F1.
@@munanchoinc the rail's fine but real FAMAS rear sights are like a peephole, not a U shape
Great stuff mate, but the time a given text spends on screen is heavily inconsitent.
In certain cases you have a wall of text up on the screen for about a second, but in another instance we watch the Intervention go through 4 mags in like 20 seconds and the text doesn't even change once during that period.
You should pay more attention to this during editing, it'd make these vids so much more watchable.
i make these videos while juggling academics. I don't really have time to do long video frequently. I am aware of the problems. I'm just having trouble with scheduling

bro, the "ACR" in the OG game is actually a bushmaster ACR.
No it's not. It's modeled after the Masada. Bushmaster/Remington got the license afterwards which turned into the ACR. The MW2R version is based on the early factory production model of the ACR with the non-ambidextrous cocking handle.

@@honzabalak3462 it exists, that's all that matters.
I am triggered that you put stuff like "never moves" (which is due to technical limitation of the game) right next to the stuff that would be trivial to fix like safety switches and iron sights. Stop doing that in games released before 2015 please
M16 is direct impingement gas system meaning there’s a gas tube off the barrel under the handguard, the old style front sight post is just a sight post not a gas block as there is no piston.
my boy you got no idea what you are talking about
@@christopherwalker4171 my bad, should I have said ar pattern rifle?
The gas tube goes from the gas block above the barrel to the bcg, not under and you definitely need a gas block for the fire arm to function
@ae86 nick
The front sight redirects the gas from the gas port in the barrel to the gas tube. It literally IS a gas block. The gas tube is connected to it and without the gas block the gun will basically turn into a bolt action rifle.
@@honzabalak3462 not all ar pattern rifles are like that, depends on the barrel, I own several that have no front sight block, gas tub comes out of barrel under handguard, small design change however it’s not correct to say the operation of the firearm was incorrect in this example
