Woke up this morning wondering about rice as I bought Basmati rice yesterday for the 1st time ever. I have never seen the ENTIRE process(only images of laborers working in muddy fields) and also did NOT know it was like wheat... Amazing, all these years of eating rice... lol.. THANK YOU for sharing, it was enlightening... and I can tell that this man VERY MUCH loves what he does(that little smile is a tell tale sign). I pray that this world can ALWAYS get along, because after all... WE are ALL just people trying to live on ONE(1) little planet.
Lucky for me growing up seeing the rice grown the traditional way that's been passed down for generations, those images are still so vivid in my head and the childhood experiences have shaped how I am forever!
I love rice, and this was a great view of where it comes from. Clean, organized and well planned, tech thrown in shows you how far we've advanced from our ancestors.
Love rice and teach and kids and grandkids to enjoy every grains of rice. It will take a lot of work to plant & produce a good quality of rice. Thanks for sharing your video. God bless and be safe.😍

There would not be weeds becauae the field was well watered. And that automatic transplanter is also used to apply fertilizer. They got dryers so they don't need to dry it under the sun.
@@alvinmulto3424 for the weeds, I agree with you because well watered. For fertilizer, not only during planting, but also around 2 times at 30 days and 45 days after planting. After harvesting, still need to dry up to 5-10% of water resistant. Not enough only using dryer when harvesting.
Here in the Philippines, growing crops is always like playing gambling in a casino that it doesn't matter how you take good care of them when super hurricane comes everything will be destroyed.
its funny to think but i live in the middle of a desert but a huge portion for many produce thats made in the US is produced where i live since u can farm year round without too much issue

Not so clean. In addition to all the arsenic in Asian rice, its also loaded with insecticides.

There are some important steps missing. Giving fertilizer, removing grass weeds, and drying seeds.
