一直到收成，讓人明白農民每一階段的辛苦付出了多少天才有美味的農作物，讓人知一粥一飯當思來處不易，要珍惜感謝。😅😅😅

但是我還是不懂那一捲一捲的稻是怎麼用的（笑）
現在終於知道了
收稻機把稻梗噴出去還蠻有趣的
機型跟我小時候看到的不太一樣
我20年前看到的是自己掉落那種的
收好的稻不能接觸太久，身體會很癢
我家以前有放一大包的米放倉庫，每次很故意躺上去結果癢到不行
捆稻草現在大部分都還是人工在捆，只有少部分用機器捆，因為捆稻草的那個設備是另外加購的！
癢的話，要買沙威隆回來洗。

This system has been operated more than 30 -40 years only the machine become bigger and advance then my childhood. I am 55 years old now. Taiwan agriculture was modernized after American assistance came to Taiwan.
its not so much as not doing it by hand , but verry much safer based on the fact that rice fields are home to many poisonous snakes .

@ 11:52 - that is high quality sushi rice. This reminds me my grand father and one of my uncles were farmers decades ago in Taiwan. I remember I used to eat home grown basil + duck eggs with soy sauce every time I visited them.

Je suis agréablement surprise de voir cette mécanisation de la culture de riz, moi qui suis née dans le delta du Mékong, le grenier de riz de l'Asie, je sais comment la culture de riz est pénible pour les paysans, cause pour laquelle ma grand-mère nous a appris qu'il faut respecter chaque graine de riz qu'on mange et il faut toujours être reconnaissant envers les cultivateurs qui ont peiné sous la chaleur, la pluie et dont le dos toujours courbé, les jambes toujours enfoncées dans les marécages pour sa production.
A ce rythme il ne doit plus avoir de famine dans le monde. Dieu, merci et aussi aux ingénieurs taiwanais de trouver la solution adéquate pour ce genre de culture. 🙏 C'est merveilleux.

Amazing agricultural technology especially for food,..really
I love those short-grain and plump rice in Taiwan and Japan with just enough stickiness! I've also tried some really good ones and can confirm that not all rice tastes the same. The texture and the after-taste can be different among different varieties and that just eating the plain rice alone can be itself a feast for your palate.
Try indian basmati rice. Mostly preferred in Biryani (long grain rice cooked with chicken). The Aroma is heavenly 🤤
