Its base value is 1m and its greatest value is 1.25m, with an average of 1.1m to 1.2m. Without the add-ons, the minimum value using the lowest average price for each of those halos would be 4.9m; with the add-ons, it would be considerably higher. Now, taking into account the demand for each item, I still believe the offer is slightly "over" or mostly "fair." My only advice is that, personally, I would make the trade and then try my hardest to sell/trade the halos for their highest average price or slightly above, because most players don't consider the demand and value rates of the item. Also, while this procedure does take some time, I guarantee you that it is well worth it. This trade has the potential to make you a great deal of profit, but it all depends on your thinking, as well as the person you're trading with and what you're interested in.
