Apparently, after his show a Swedish journalist kept filming him, and after being told multiple times to stop he made a "threatening gesture" or I've heard he pushed away the camera, so not really violence, and it was after he explicitly said to not film

@@JohnSmith-fe5br He has a neurodivergent disorder due to trauma from his parent’s death and likely could barely control his emotions or actions, he even made a special request to not be filmed after performing and the EBU agreed. This whole thing could’ve been avoided if the crew member actually listened or if the EBU even addressed this in the first place. If anything its shameful that you’d dismiss someone’s emotional baggage like that. It’s deeper than just “hurt feelings”.

As a dutch man i heard this for the first time half an hour ago. My first reaction wasn't that positive. After hearing it a few times and learning the meaning of the song i find it genius! Typically dutch and probably one of the best things we've ever send to eurovision.
