Once you learn the flow of the map and when/where to expect to engage someone you end up having some pretty intense fights. Sure you can catch someone running without them noticing. I've done it and had it done to me a few times. However the most intense firefights of any game have taken place in Tarkov. Just one example was one the other night in Dorms 3 level building. A group of 2 PMCs came in and it was at night. I was in the hall way and saw their flashlights. I waited till they got somewhat close and opendd up with my Adar. They started firing back and with my new headphones plus enhanced sound the experience was insane. We traded about a mag or two worth of fire back and forth. I dropped one with a thorax shot and the other one killed after I wounded him badly. Im sure he bled out if he didn't have meds. Point is take the time to learn the maps and dont play afraid to die. If you play too carefully you wont take the chances you need in order to really have fun and will just die hiding in the shadows.

Honestly one of the coolest realistic games ever, i just wish there was a sort of sanbox mode (not offline raids) where i can play with mates and experience all teh customisation. For as much as it is a survival rpg game, you dont ever get to appreciate just how realistic and pretty the graphics and gun controls are cause either A) you dont make it that far B) you make it that far and a scav head, eyes you from 200m away with a TOZ
it would be cool to have casual mode with a smaller map and you can use whatever loadout you want and respawn maybe just to use the weapons and fighting mechanics
Well, invested my time reading comments. 99% of them are right. If you're a beginner, you're fucked in this game. The frustration and fear of loosing good gear is what sucks about it.
You overcome this very quickly. There is a learning curve but its not that hard to learn tbh and when you realize that gear is basicly worthless the game becomes fun and pvp will be amazing! Its no fun to loot a good armor only to let it rot in the stash! Use it. Learn how to fight with and win with it or maybe lose it. Tarkov is not like call of duty... If you play tarkov for 50 hours you didnt even scratched the surface! With 50 hours in call of duty and you probably have seen eveything

You can access all the gear they offer in other modes... why bother to unlock/loot them in some eft'esque mode. Frostbite mechanics are not suitable for tactical gameplay. Why didn't they make something like "Squad" ? They are gonna simplify EFT's raid / loot/ extract mechanics and that's it. No atmosphere, or specific maps, no disassembly of parts, no blackmarked , no bots and no "storyline" ...maybe and maybe very dumb quests (if any).

i wouldnt say its nonsense, its just a different genre. and there are modes where you only get 1 life that are incredibly high stakes, especially in comp that require legitimate team work, not kamikaze'ing a tank with a c4 quad. if you havent played battlefield in a competitive sense youve only scratched the surface of the gameplay. and in the same sense, you can just jump into another game of tarkov with gear youve extracted in the past, its hardly any different than respawning except theres a loading screen between lives. of course losing your gear does up the stakes a bit. comparing tarkov to battlefield is like comparing siege to call of duty imo.
Remember guys: This is what you can do with Unity. Don't underestimate that engine because of a lot of cheaply made asset-flips. Awesome devs, making the best of the engine!

Almost all 1st person games have a fixed walking animation. Like a loop. The new UE 5 looks promising on graphics and animation. Animations should have a little variety. Would like to see a realistic walking animation in a shooter game.

Just check CS:GO with AI and PVP) The only minus I can tell is oversaturation. But, this game needs to have such colors due to atmosphere. Colors are very "Eastern Europeansque". It's simply depressing. It's the atmosphere makes you play this game over and over. The horror doesn't need ghosts or mutants. It's sometimes a shoddy shotgun waiting in corner. When you go in with a shitty old AK with a silencer with 30 or 50 round clips and take out 4 man groups wile they run around headless thinking there a Terminator lol. the game always looks soo over sharpened to me. It still looks good, but I think using UE4 would have been a better choice. Not to mention that the Unity TAA is really bad compared to other TAA and TAAU options provided by UE4.

You can in fact choose which mounts to use, where to put them on the gun, and where to put reflex sights. Eventually they'll make it so you can choose where exactly along the rail you'll be able to put the reflex sights.

If only this video was an accurate depiction of Tarkov, it would then truly be the best game out. Instead, because you can buy an endless amount of top-tier ammo from the flea market everyone starts running ammo that 1-3 shots through level 6 armor within a few days of the wipe. BSG please take note of the positive feedback of the video and what the community truly wants. Ever since the flea market was added, progression has gotten faster and faster, players loot and leave raids within 10 minutes, everyone runs ammo that insta kills, and just overall fights don't feel as enjoyable as they once were. If they were to for example remove top-tier ammo from the flea and crafts so that it was only found in raid gunfights would be more enjoyable as your armor would actually tank a few rounds.
There is no hip fire in Tarkov. Your weapon is always up and ready against your shoulder. If that makes sense. Your PMC is still aiming the whole time. Only difference when ADS is putting your eye thru your sight :)
@@Spankin_Scrubs thats pretty much the case in every fps shooter. Untill you dont sprint your gun is always against your shoulder. But ADSing through your scope always reduces bullet spread resulting in better accuracy speacially at longer distances. But here i felt this guy just loves to only left click 😅

What they don’t tell you is that it’ll take 3 months to level up enough to use the flea market and 3 million roubles just go afford that kit. Oh and they’re adding finger stamina in the next update so you’ll only be able to fire a maximum of 10 rounds and it’ll take 45 seconds to regenerate that stamina if you’re below 20kg

EmuTarkov and SPT-Aki are both mods that are basically just the game with just Ai and it's really fun you should try it

@@cosmic_gate476 "graphics are piss poor"... game came out in 2017 and still looks great... great in 1080p as it do in 4k. Sound design is one of the best in market. Voice acting is meme tier good. They have great and accurate high poly models. It looks better than SQUAD , ARMA and PUBG. Game still runs better than ARMA3 and close to SQUAD (Squad has no AI...AI is big FPS killer. Just check CS:GO with AI and PVP) The only minus I can tell is oversaturation. But, this game needs to have such colors due to atmosphere. Colors are very "Eastern Europeansque". It's simply depressing. It's the atmosphere makes you play this game over and over. The horror doesn't need ghosts or mutants. It's sometimes a shoddy shotgun waiting in corner. "best looking titles" ? Who plays triple A games these days? They are too much into sex, weight and prosthetic politics and focused on ROE. I'd prefer to play "Project Zomboid" than AAA title Days Gone. Indie games are the real games. Artistic freedom, styled graphics, mod support, affordability and demographics other than 12 years old kids.

When you go in with a shitty old AK with a silencer with 30 or 50 round clips and take out 4 man groups wile they run around headless thinking there a Terminator lol. It feels rewarding for me in this game, but nothing wrong with using some brain cells in this game either your going to need it. I’ve played FPS games all my life and have to say hands down this game is in a league of its own at the moment very demanding and challenging the way it should be.

The amount of time he doesn't ADS and manages to stay alive is mind boggling to me.
BF4 4K ultra with sweetfx most of the time, looks just as good, some times even better, I mean comparing with this video as base and in an "urban battlefield setting", not much different.
EFT is not focused on the looks as much as other PVP shooters but it beats them with depth of gameplay :D

FEAR for examble: If a firefight happend the whole room changed and doesn't look like before. It's 2021 now. I want more changes than some black spots for bullet holes. I just wan't more carnage! Firefights need to leave some more traces than that. That would be more immersive and made it more believable. Don't you think?

the game always looks soo over sharpened to me. It still looks good, but I think using UE4 would have been a better choice. Not to mention that the Unity TAA is really bad compared to other TAA and TAAU options provided by UE4.

@@kchov_ They hip fire a bit too much. This is coming from a Tarkov player. But hipfiring usually happens when you don’t have time to ADS and need to shoot back immediately, or CQC. Wish they enabled the lasers

Not whole lot bigger. They just added one section with nothing worth mention to look otherwise the underground room, which is still small.

The sights on the weapon kind of remind me of Medal of Honor 👀 they're not as close to the face.
You can in fact choose which mounts to use, where to put them on the gun, and where to put reflex sights. Eventually they'll make it so you can choose where exactly along the rail you'll be able to put the reflex sights.

Pfft. Anybody who's actually played this game knows it's a hot mess.
If only this video was an accurate depiction of Tarkov, it would then truly be the best game out. Instead, because you can buy an endless amount of top-tier ammo from the flea market everyone starts running ammo that 1-3 shots through level 6 armor within a few days of the wipe. BSG please take note of the positive feedback of the video and what the community truly wants. Ever since the flea market was added, progression has gotten faster and faster, players loot and leave raids within 10 minutes, everyone runs ammo that insta kills, and just overall fights don't feel as enjoyable as they once were. If they were to for example remove top-tier ammo from the flea and crafts so that it was only found in raid gunfights would be more enjoyable as your armor would actually tank a few rounds.

Yeah man
There is no hip fire in Tarkov. Your weapon is always up and ready against your shoulder. If that makes sense. Your PMC is still aiming the whole time. Only difference when ADS is putting your eye thru your sight :)
@@Spankin_Scrubs thats pretty much the case in every fps shooter. Untill you dont sprint your gun is always against your shoulder. But ADSing through your scope always reduces bullet spread resulting in better accuracy speacially at longer distances. But here i felt this guy just loves to only left click 😅

What they don’t tell you is that it’ll take 3 months to level up enough to use the flea market and 3 million roubles just go afford that kit. Oh and they’re adding finger stamina in the next update so you’ll only be able to fire a maximum of 10 rounds and it’ll take 45 seconds to regenerate that stamina if you’re below 20kg
