I've had pretty good success with calling warm leads back-to-back. I noticed if they don't pick up on the first call, I call back 10 sec later and 80% of them do pick up. I guess bc they realize it may be important. But I don't do it a third time if they don't pick up the second time.
Great content, Matt. The b-roll video you're using at 4:09 displays "No Caller I.D." - Wouldn't it be better to call from a visible number with the country prefix?
@@MatthewRyder All of the leads come from RUclips or Facebook ads. In the past, we've used a landline or a mobile phone number-our number was always visible when we called. Am I missing something?
Hey Matt, what's the rule of thumb for dailing a cold lead per day... I heard you mention 3? And over how many days must you dail that lead before marking it as unavailable?
7 times max per week, 3 times max per day and DO NOT TRIPLE DIAL OR DOUBLE DIAL. 1 dial another dial 30 minutes later and a third dial 1 hours away from the 2nd dial. Check the TCPA regulations. After 10 dials (if done properly and optimally) the data we see is that the chance of making a sale is 0.1%, we follow up forever though
