MashaAllah, asante Kwa elimu kubwa. This is what my nutrition doctor ( doctor Boaz tz) says, it's amazing for having you. Let's be natural and have healthy body. Watching from tz much love to u nyumba YA GIKUYU.
Wow l love the show i never knew about eating the skin of malenge bt for seeds I dry them and eat as njugu karanga or take them to posho mill with maize for ugali
Nigerians love pumpkin seeds. They grind the seeds and make stew. They call that stew "Egusi soup".which they eat with pounded yam..That Egudi soup they also put pumpkin leaves. Nigerians never throw away greens. They also grind yam and cassava and cook ugali..Kenyans only boil yam and eat with tea but west Africans cook yam like potatoes. They can boil and they can fry with meat. Delicious meal.
I love malenge ,mk great show an very informative,, kindly ask Carol her take about wheat consumption.there is a health coach who is teaching about dropping wheats and processed oils ..and consuming more "fatty" meats and eggs more than moderate.
Could you be in a position to take it out? Because am thinking anything you do would be futile because it’s working against the effort? Maybe you can try another type of fp?
