I just wanted to point out that the higher quality melon pult plush was actually based off the pvz 2 design, hence the lighter greens and pult. I loved this video!

im an extremely amateur sewist/plush maker but man this makes me wish i had the money to buy all the fabrics to my hearts content, cause i genuinely and fully believe that ALL of these would be plushie-able, some more than others of course. also so many of these couldve been made much better with thinner stems and simply having a wire of sorts inside, but i guess i dont know how easy adding a wire is to a mass produced design. secretly adding this to my list of things to do someday... itd be the project of my life with how time consuming and stressful it would inevitably be, but honestly? i think it would be so fun and end up being like my love letter to this game ive loved so much for so long.

Here are some things you forgot to mention Doom-shroom has an old plush made by Linxin that is taller, and Heleworld made one that is much more accurate, as it has a mouth. Oh and there are more images of Repeater plush out there. Maiou Culture also made a better Peashooter and Snow Pea plush that are big and have peas in their mouths you can pop out. Oh yeah and Worldmax did make a version of Peashooter that is “dead” and has X eyes. They also made a sleepy, joyful, and sweating Peashooter. If you ever do a part 2 featuring the second game’s plants, here’s some things you should bring up if you ever plan to do it. • Spring Bean has a few plush designs, one is more goofy, and the other is much more accurate. • A lot of plants have no plushes, mostly premiums. • Some don’t have bootlegs, or have bootlegs only in Mexico. Ones only have Mexican bootlegs as well, like Apple Mortar. • Some Chinese plants have plushes too, like Saucer and Dragonfruit. BTW, the “Grave Buster” you said was ass is actually Tactical Cuke, a Powerup that in the Chinese version, explodes all zombies on the field.

I own half of these and I can confirm that while they may look weird I love all of them. Pvz plushies were (and still are) a huge part of my life, and I'm working on getting new ones soon.
Collecting plants vs zombies plushies is something I’ve done for about 2 years, it’s so fun and I’ve even found some very rare ones, but to find the ones that are of the more obscure characters are a nightmare, some of the best plushies are ranked on the Wiki to be Incredibly rare or even outright impossible to find. I’ve had lots of fun finding them, and I probably wouldn’t be collecting if it wasn’t for LuigiFan or the Wiki.

I actually had a dream last night where I found a backup dancer zombie plush! Basically, I dreamed of me and my family in a store, I remember digging through a plush box and grabbed out a BUNCH of linxin zombie plushies, part of that bunch was 4 backup dancer zombie plushies (how convenient, eh?) I still have no idea where the hell the designers got that Doom Shroom design from. I can excuse Chomper and angel Garlic due to them just being based on images found on the internet, but Doom Shroom has no excuse. Linxin were capable of making a Fume Shroom plush so it's definitely not a case of them not knowing how to translate Doom Shroom's design into a plush. Such a weird decision on their part... Also maybe an unpopular opinion: I love the PiPigirl Cattail plush. It's so goofy and wonky that it circles back to being cute. It's highly inaccurate, yes, but it's very silly looking and that appeals to me so much. I just wish it wasn't so rare.

i really like how small creators can make one type of video and then blow up past 10K subs edit: most of the time small creators don't peak my interest but pvz has been a long standing favorite of mine, mainly shyguymask and detara.

How to make a gravebuster plush step one: get a material that is very dark grey or black that is made for plushies Step two get yellow plushie material Step 3 get green plushie material Step four if you even can do this make sure you have like the fuzzy cotton and then sew it all together How to make an accurate umbrella leaf: first get a kernal pult plush then paint it green and make it so it stand up upside down
This video overall is pretty good, even if there are some opinions I disagree with. Though this video is somewhat lacking in information. For most of the plants, you happen to refer to almost any Linxin-related plush (Linxin, PiPigirl, "LInxin 2", or other bootlegs of Linxin) as just Linxin, along with using images of them interchangeably sometimes, though it may have been that the name used for "Linxin 2" may have given you the idea that it was actually related to Linxin, even though its just a bootlegger of Linxin that also makes unique designs in Linxin's style. The plush from that image of Peashooter, Sunflower, and Squash you say are made by PopCap are actually Worldmax, though PopCap did make some plush themselves. You also happened to leave out a lot of different plush of the plants. Not saying you had to include all ~35+ Peashooter plush, but with characters like Potato Mine you left out the design by Linxin along with the unreleased plush stress ball by Talkweb. There's also several brands that you could've covered more of in the video, like Heleworld, Pin Jia, Mei Xing Toys, and Hejing Kaiwei, though some of those are severely lacking from the PvZ Plush Wiki at the moment and you likely would've had to ask someone more knowledgeable for the photos. Though these mistakes are fine, and you obviously arent claiming to be an expert on PvZ plush, but I still think you did a decent job for what its worth.
dang, thank you for the critisism! a lot, if not all of the information i got for this video was from the PvZ Plush Wiki, i had no idea it’s been a bit outdated. you’re right in that a lot of information i supplied is either bunched together or not included, such as not really mentioning Linxin 2 or using images of bootleg Linxin plushies, which i had done in order to streamline the presentation as much as possible to not make my video longer than it already is (although i probably could’ve prefaced that somewhere). as for the Sunflower/Peashooter/Squash picture, i could’ve sworn that was an archived image from the now defunct PopCap merch store, so that’s my bad i suppose. either way, i appreciate how in-depth and well structured your feedback is! i’m definitely not an expert in PvZ plushies, i just wanted to go over my favorite and least favorite designs, but i’ll keep all of this in mind if i were to ever revisit PvZ plushies for a video!

When I was younger and the game first came out I really wanted plushes of my favorite plants but it was so new there weren’t even bootlegs, so my mom stitched me a hypno shroom, cat tail, and peashooter plushes :) Good memories, very fond moments for me and this video reminded me of that :)

I actually had a dream last night where I found a backup dancer zombie plush! Basically, I dreamed of me and my family in a store, I remember digging through a plush box and grabbed out a BUNCH of linxin zombie plushies, part of that bunch was 4 backup dancer zombie plushies (how convenient, eh?) It was really accurate aswell, and I BEGGED my mom to let me buy them, sadly, id wake up 5 minutes later... man, I wish I could go through my dreams and grab whatever I wanted..

Honestly I’m shocked Popcap doesn’t make a pot plush and then then like it has a slit in it so you can “plant” the plants. Or even you reach into the pot and get a mystery plant from the game. I hate popcap for how they ruined not only mobile games but the gaming market and culture in general but man I was PvZ had some more nicer offical merch

I still have no idea where the hell the designers got that Doom Shroom design from. I can excuse Chomper and angel Garlic due to them just being based on images found on the internet, but Doom Shroom has no excuse. Linxin were capable of making a Fume Shroom plush so it's definitely not a case of them not knowing how to translate Doom Shroom's design into a plush. Such a weird decision on their part...
Also maybe an unpopular opinion: I love the PiPigirl Cattail plush. It's so goofy and wonky that it circles back to being cute. It's highly inaccurate, yes, but it's very silly looking and that appeals to me so much. I just wish it wasn't so rare.
Great video, gave me so much nostalgia, i like your sense of humor and the pacing that compliments it. Even though most of the plushies suck, they will always give me a nostalgic feeling.

i really like how small creators can make one type of video and then blow up past 10K subs
edit: most of the time small creators don't peak my interest but pvz has been a long standing favorite of mine, mainly shyguymask and detara.
definitely :) it’s certainly easier for some creators than others, sometimes people make content at the right place during the right time. either way, all that matters is that people to like the stuff i make

How to make a gravebuster plush step one: get a material that is very dark grey or black that is made for plushies
Step two get yellow plushie material
Step 3 get green plushie material
Step four if you even can do this make sure you have like the fuzzy cotton and then sew it all together
How to make an accurate umbrella leaf: first get a kernal pult plush then paint it green and make it so it stand up upside down
I believe a objectively superior version of the three pults would have suction cup things on a rope type deal instead of yours

This video overall is pretty good, even if there are some opinions I disagree with. Though this video is somewhat lacking in information. For most of the plants, you happen to refer to almost any Linxin-related plush (Linxin, PiPigirl, "LInxin 2", or other bootlegs of Linxin) as just Linxin, along with using images of them interchangeably sometimes, though it may have been that the name used for "Linxin 2" may have given you the idea that it was actually related to Linxin, even though its just a bootlegger of Linxin that also makes unique designs in Linxin's style. The plush from that image of Peashooter, Sunflower, and Squash you say are made by PopCap are actually Worldmax, though PopCap did make some plush themselves. You also happened to leave out a lot of different plush of the plants. Not saying you had to include all ~35+ Peashooter plush, but with characters like Potato Mine you left out the design by Linxin along with the unreleased plush stress ball by Talkweb. There's also several brands that you could've covered more of in the video, like Heleworld, Pin Jia, Mei Xing Toys, and Hejing Kaiwei, though some of those are severely lacking from the PvZ Plush Wiki at the moment and you likely would've had to ask someone more knowledgeable for the photos. Though these mistakes are fine, and you obviously arent claiming to be an expert on PvZ plush, but I still think you did a decent job for what its worth.
dang, thank you for the critisism! a lot, if not all of the information i got for this video was from the PvZ Plush Wiki, i had no idea it’s been a bit outdated. you’re right in that a lot of information i supplied is either bunched together or not included, such as not really mentioning Linxin 2 or using images of bootleg Linxin plushies, which i had done in order to streamline the presentation as much as possible to not make my video longer than it already is (although i probably could’ve prefaced that somewhere). as for the Sunflower/Peashooter/Squash picture, i could’ve sworn that was an archived image from the now defunct PopCap merch store, so that’s my bad i suppose.
either way, i appreciate how in-depth and well structured your feedback is! i’m definitely not an expert in PvZ plushies, i just wanted to go over my favorite and least favorite designs, but i’ll keep all of this in mind if i were to ever revisit PvZ plushies for a video!

When I was younger and the game first came out I really wanted plushes of my favorite plants but it was so new there weren’t even bootlegs, so my mom stitched me a hypno shroom, cat tail, and peashooter plushes :)
Good memories, very fond moments for me and this video reminded me of that :)
