Thank you for watching! We did ask Guest Services for more hangers but nothing ever happened. Really, other than dining reservations, Guest Services was not a lot of help unfortunately.

Ok. Here's a curveball: We've booked for November. Junior suite pool view. However, we would like a tub and double sink in the room as shown in most of the corporate photo arrays. But we have seen lots of reviews just like yours, and none of them actually have this fictitious tub. Even our travel agent is flummoxed. So, as seasoned travellers, who've actually been there, maybe you can help us understand. Are there several iterations of this junior suite pool view? What needs to be done to get a room with a tub? Do we need to sign up for a premier membership?
Thank you for watching. From our experience, the Junior suites are the same except for 2 beds vs King bed. Bathroom single sink and 2 showers! This I found as odd, for sure. The Deluxe rooms/swim outs or Master suites may have a tub and the double sinks. Let me know if you find out!

I got a Junior suite photo on chase travel showed tub but no tub in the actual room.

Our Junior Suite had 2 showers and no tub.???? Believe the deluxe and master suites will have one.
