Coming from a person who juices, first invest in a good cold pressed juicer such as an Omega or Nama Cold Press Juicer. Second, you can save the pulp to add to your plant soil or pull out dehydrator and make crackers there are so many uses. You CAN drink juice on an empty stomach as it gets to your cells faster. Keep in mind that beet juice, green drinks such as spinach, kale or ginger, may upset your stomach in the beginning. But because juicing doesn’t have chemicals and it is straight juice from plants, it is very potent. For first time juicers maybe cut your juice with water and drink a lesser amount so you don’t feel nauseous and over time, your body will build the tolerance and you’ll be drinking more juice. And you can store your juice in mason jars for up to 3 days in the fridge.

Yeah I was about to mention that thats the whole point of a juice cleanse. Also that people have different physiology so just keep in mind what your body is used to and what you can handle.

yeah this is how I was getting down but it took me 3 hours 😳. Just got a cold press juicer for Christmas and it only took me about an hour to setup, juice, and cleanup. Probably will be faster next time now that I know how to use it. Definitely a blessing I didn't have to pay for it 😅

Eugh juicers we’re like the thing 2 decades ago, every shopping channel had one.. Idk why we’re going back that way when more is known about the importance of all that fibre.
juicing is not a fad, but a good method to get nutrients directly to the cells, many people have digestion issues from eating too many processed foods …juicing is a healing solution, true whole foods are good, but juicing has its place, as well😊
People with digestive issues (somebody like me). cannot eat so many raw foods ,juicing is easy on the digestive tract but you do have a point as well.

My new juicer broke so theyre sending me a new one and an 800w centrifugal. Yes it loses 30% but still handy. I gave mine away for my big boy. My big boy lid won't sit right cause the mestecator no longer fits I cannot understand why
