All models from video i bought on Turbosquid and final price for me was about 500$. And it is not a problem for me to pay 15$ for it =)
I know what is watermark cuz i use videohive since its beginning.

I'm using 3ds Max. You can use what you want - Cinema 4D, Maya, Modo, Blender... All this softwares can do same things.
