Right when I've been getting tired of having to deal with a lot of resonance with my mixes getting more complex, THIS just appears on my feed. Absolute godsend, you are.
in the wake of huge companies dishing out overpriced, CPU-intensive plugins, it's nice to know that there are still people like you out there making cool and useful stuff by yourself for cheap
I purchased the full version I noticed the scroll wheel on my mouse can control the parameters. It is pretty cpu intense . I'll try the lite version. Any ideas for future updates?
Was using the awesome Spectral Compressor by Robbert van der Helm for Soothe and TrackSpacer alternatives, but your plugins looks goated. Gotta try them !
I have to say I'll stay with Spectral Compressor for my Soothe and Gullfoss replacements, but for the TrackSpacer thing this one is clearly the best one !
I bought the full version of florah. Pretty good. I noticed that even with it bot active it still affects the sound some way. Also with the smaller version will there be advanced features like frequency selection, mid/side attack release etc
This is so amazing holy hell thank you but do u think maybe u could add the mono and stereo options so it’s not suppressing the stereo signal for some tracks if the other one is in mono? Thanks so much
Working on a track with a wonky synth line that has the potential of being sort of annoying, have to try this and see if I can smooth it out ever so slightly!
Can you do a demo on Kick and Bass for ducking? I want to hear what it sounds like and how to properly use it to duck the bass guitar out of the way of the initial transient thump on a kick drum.
I need some assistance figuring out how to setup the sidechain in Ableton. Presumably this is with channel routing but I tried and failed. Please help!
Trying to load it in Ableton now, I assume the .pd file is the "operative" file? Because the folder shows up in my plugin folder in Ableton, but the .pd file doesn't show up (and the .png files can't be pulled into a track, but then I guess those are just image files anyway).
hey! for some reason, after i installed this one, every PD patch i open now has these tiny little number boxes visible on every knob, button, fader etc. Its every PD patch, not just yours. tried a restart, and looking around under the hood / settings of PD, but cant find anything. Any idea how to turn them off?
Very interesting plugin, going to get a lot of good use out of this. I'm getting some unexplained panning when I have the plugin on but all of the parameters set to 0. Everything at 0 should just be the raw signal right? Great plugin.
@@ottosjoberg2 It's a mid-side processing engine, so there might be some unexplained issues there. I never noticed it in my tests, but i'll take another look and see what i can do for you guys
this looks inSANE. I cant shake the feeling that the scaling is odd on the Amount knob - ten percent up the signal is nearly squashed - but it sounds amazing while doing it, so...
@@machinate I really wanted this thing to not only be a suppressor, but a good sounding design tool. The high sensitivity (when working with the delta) can be REALLY cool sounding.
@@ewanbristow Thanks for your reply. No, I have all files (.png and .pd) inside the FlorahLITE folder which is itself inside my plugdata folder. Though one thing I'm not sure is if the plugdata folder has to be inside a specific location (together with the vst installation maybe), since the 'how to install' video doesn't mention anything about that. I have it inside my personal production/samples folder, not sure if that matters.

Awesome! Where did you learn to use plugdata? I think i want to try some ideas and make them available like you do.

thanks for making actually useful stuff. most people just redo basic effects like reverbs and delays and compressors
Wow! Thank you! 💫

Thanks my friend ❤
sweet! love your work
thats pretty impressive to be honest !
i have soothe2 and a few others, but none of them have a SMOOTHENING knob. so i have to grab this.

So good, Sir you are dank!
You should make your patches available as AUV3 Plugins for iOS

yeah me to, messes with stereo image a little too much, and resonates the panned audio even more.

Why do we need plugdata? Just wondering why.
It's the programming enviroment i developed it in. Similar to max for live, but a free alternative for any DAW.
trackspacer?
For some reason the buttons/knobs (that are included as .jpgs in the folder) don't load in both this and SpectralVeil2 for me.
