Wow how epic of an upload. I was blessed to see them for the first time a few months after this when I was 15. So much talent. Jenny Lewis has grown so much.
I have loved them for years and their last tour I had tickets to a show in another city and my friend got us lost on the way and made it for the last song
I never got to see them either & I was a fan when they were still together. I did get to see The Elected when they were touring for Me First hung out with Blake & Jason after the show. Blake is an absolute hoot, very witty & self deprecating. If RK ever tour again I will absolutely be at the closest show to me.
One hit wonder that charted five songs… right, tell us you don’t know what you’re talking about without telling us you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Maybe unpopular opinion but Blake sounds a million times better live than he does on the album.
IMO any good band should sound better live
@@telethon7893 true. Though in his case, the only direction he had to go was up lol
I can totally see how Jenny Lewis can stand alone as a solo act very well. She's talented for sure and has that thing about her. Wow.
Hi Jenny-great show-Brian Birch -Long Ago🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀🥀
I love more adventurous
Rilo Kiley at their peak. I got to see one of these shows in PDX in a tiny place and it was a party.
God I miss that Portland
@@JC-yy8iv Yep. Nocturnal on E. Burnside.
PDX? Oh right where everyone just knows airport codes and isn't pretentious
They've been my favourite band for years - just wish I got to see them before they broke up! (I got into them just after they broke up!)

I was so fortunate to see them twice -- in my late 50s and early 60s. They were as amazing as f*ck Every moment was gold.

9:23 -- prepare to ascend to heaven
i think half of what made their songs so unforgettable were the guitar licks.
Jenny is the schitt but Blake Sennett might be the most underrated guitarist of his generation.
Blake is so overpowering yet so in the pocket at the same time. He’s friggin awesome.
Extremely underrated guitarist & songwriter. Check out The Elected to hear him sans Jenny. Really nice guy to boot.
Portions For Foxes - what a banger
Uh..where's The Frug?? ;)
So glad I found this. I have watched the Austin City Limits show so many times.
A clip of yawl on Democracy Now! brought me here, now I'll fly to see you live. Please keep going!
What's funny on this date I was finishing infantry school yet that song still and always will hold true
Wish I could have seen them live. Have seen Jenny Lewis a couple of times.
I saw a reunion show afew (10+) years ago
She only leaves us Wanting more, with the hope of one day the reunion
14:23 Love and War
Excellent quality--can you upload the first half?
What great quality All some of my favorite rilo kiley songs. :)
Brilliant band
Great to see them 🤘✅✅✅
Love Jenny. Admittedly not immersed in RK. I think this is a pretty good introduction.
music to fall in love to
superb
Nice
Thank you so much for this. Any more Rilo Kiley to share?
Thank you so much for this.
OMG this version of Ripchord 18:20

One hit wonder, Portions For Foxes. Love it!
That's not even their biggest hit!
One hit wonder? Lmao ive never heard them referred to as that
