I watched this because I thought it was Die Hel near Baviaanskloof Wilderness area. This one is quite gnarly and will exploit the weakness in any tire ply or incorrect pressure. Picking the right line with some narrow sections is critical. Gripping viewing. Definitely not to be undertaken alone & without proper recovery gear. No punctures in the group?

Yes, camped right on the water, it was so shallow you could drive to Namibia if you wanted to, although that's illegal...
