Firstly: I am super happy that I found a channel that provides high quality instructions, good sound quality and fitting music! Props to you guys for this!!! That you for allowing me to do yoga in a flexible timeframe! Unfortunately I seem to tense up in the hip flexors (psoas Major and probably also the tensor fascia latae) due to sitting all day long. I was wondering if you could create and upload a yoga routine that focuses on stretching these areas as well as working on the effects of office work? That would be awesome!

This is typically the kind of session I like, by starting to awake progressively breath and body and then slowly and gradually growing in strengh. Considered difficult postures, such as high lunge for example, are made easilier and, again, sequences are innovative and well thinked. I could feel the benefit of chest opening ... and I also reminded myself that I had abdominal muscles! ... ouch! ... 😂 Thank you again for this session. I'm definitely a fan!..😀

Core is always tough at the end :-) bridge is about as far as I bend back, but have many requests for more backbends... perhaps I can just suggest. Took your suggestion and tried this core flow class tonight...Where do I buy the new core I need for this class :P ? Very nice flow as usual...Perhaps dhanurasana (bow (half or full)) or camel could be great additions to release the lower back towards the end?
Lol! Hopefully not writing the comment from your grave. Core is always tough at the end :-) bridge is about as far as I bend back, but have many requests for more backbends... perhaps I can just suggest. I do have a back bending heart opening class that slowly builds to wheel you might like :-) thanks for your great feedback 🙏
