There is a 30-minute (actual game time) cooldown, you can avoid this by staying on the map, and then it will change every 20 minutes or so like a normal vending machine (and it is in sync with them, so you can check the time until the contents change in any other vendors). Significantly lower level than you are? It's likely you don't have Mayhem Mode active! Has anyone else's bank vault reset to 20 item max instead of 500 item max?? Just discovered this recently - I heard it could be a result of the recent update??

@@TreasonCrusherthe only thing I can think are mods. But I've disabled them and still the vendor doesn't show up. Which I was really hoping would solve my issue. Guess I'll never experience this vendor :( 😂

Is your game up to date, I have heard of older versions where the Black Market wasn't present as that cane with a further update
