    Hi , Ethan. I have a Miller syncrowave 250 dx . When i turn it on ,i can weld for 5 seconds and an error hlp- 19 . Then the welder will turn off. We did add some freon to it ,so it is not low. thank you for response in advance

    Stumbling is my worst enemy during welding...how can i fix that Sir?

      If you see a stumbling or stuttering arc this may be a sign of voltage, drop. If you think you may have voltage drop problems, one of the first things to look for is an arc that is short or tight. Operators may keep bumping the voltage to address this, but it’s a sign of excess voltage drop somewhere in the circuit. Common causes of voltage drop include undersized weld leads, long weld leads, and bad connections, to name a few. Feel free to call us to help you with any weld issues.
