I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or my friend is opening MAP wrong. I made a base map setup for my friend. I sent it to his email and through ftmanager and FT Manager keeps getting message " the file cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged." Do you have a video of how you opened it on ftmanager from an email?

He is probably opening it correctly but isn’t on the same or newer version of the software. Have him update off the website and try again.
