Made the pinwheels and a salad for lunch. I used burrito sized carb manager tortillas. My dearest friend was over for lunch and is diabetic. The meatballs we had yesterday. I used my homemade cranberry sauce. They were a hit. The favorite is the bread appetizer. So easy to make and more favorable than it looks. We've decided this is our new favorite pizza. It's going into rotation. I won't bother with the salad, until I have a party. I'm the only one on the property that would enjoy that. Thank you so much for sharing these.

We catered our parents 50th anniversary party and one of the dishes was meatballs with picante sauce in a crockpot. Was a big hit and I have made it and served with mashed potatoes. Surprisingly good.
My go to is tiny sausages in bbq sauce. Throw in a crock pot and let it go. Everyone loves it. Your ciabatta bread looks yummy , as does everything else !
