Perfectly explained. Short term plans or thoughts are part of long term journey and in long term consistency and stability beats intensity which are just short lived busters of energy. If we can enjoy the present moment we can clearly see that action and results are not different, with every single action there is outcome or result but the results are mostly too small to notice because we were not mentally present in that moment and we acknowledge results only when its build up in large quantity.

Sir I m not able to sleep since 2 to 3 month ..and thoughts are continue running in my head ...before I m used to Sleep 8 to 10 hrs
Practice sitting still with your eyes closed for 5-10 mins every morning and night.
