Customer service is pathetic. It never connects despite waiting for more than 15 minutes. Please do not block it as a refundable guarantee deposit. It's quite misleading if you cancel the order. Your entire amount will be lost. Very cunning...

Hi, with great disappointment, I would like to inform you that, I had placed this order of 200 GBP on 12.05.23.2023 after 1pm and the order was supposed to be delivered by next day end. My date of journey was early morning of 14.05.2023. i spoke with your customer support persons more than 5 times on 13.05.23 and whole day they assured me that the Channel delivery Partner will call me for delivery slot and i should wait until 9 P.M. on 13.05.23. But alas, nobody called me for delivery till Monday 11A.M. Anyhow, as my date of journey was on 14th so there is no point of delivering it on 15th or later. With this great experience of failure, I had to cancel my order as it is of no use for me today. Most importantly, while booking my order, nowhere it was mentioned that my order will be delivered when. Only before and after 1 P M. concept was prompted. You take journey ticket as attachment, you record the date of journey in your application form and you fail to deliver it on time then what's the use of mentioning these dates. I request everyone not to trust this service, my order reference No.FX351274739821
