Please how long does it usually take before IRCC contacts you after paper based pgwp extention application?

I had already sent my documents last week and they were received on Aug 28. I haven’t been contacted by IRCC yet. I’m skeptikel and doubtful on the amount of time they’re gonna take to update me and process my file. Shall I apply online too just to be on a safer side or it will be a blunder to double apply ? Pls clarify … thanks

I am applying online but while filling IMM5710 form its showing the error that ''you entered a different value for country of nationality of your passport and passport country of issue'' what to do in this case, according to my new passport the place of issue is Toronto???

I had only 1 year of passport validity and I applied for PGWP and I haven’t received it until now and now I have my new passport as I renewed it in last month. Is it possible to update IRCC before receiving my PGWP as I already applied?

My current work permit expires in June 2025 and I do have a TRV for it on my new passport. Can I apply for renewal, travel to India, and return without any issues at the airport when I come back?

I got my PGWP for 1 year (because of my passport expiry) which was supposed to be for 3 years. Now i already submitted my Paper based application twice for pgwp extension but no use because IRCC says they haven't received yet. My PGWP is expiring in August 24th 2024. What should I do?

@@ashwinprasad952 you don't have to submit it twice or thrice. After 1 or 2 month only it will be in the system. You can get a temporary application number with that you can link your application online after 3 or 4 months. And then wait for the result.

My pgwp expired on July 9th. Sent my first extension application on June 20th and second on July 10th via letter but no response from customer service. I initially tried doing it online but they don’t allow extensions through online. Today the customer rep asked me to ‘courier’ a third application with the status restoration amount 384$. I have my TRV on the passport but I was told I can’t stay in the country for more than 90 days after the pgwp expiration. I’m so worried and nervous. Can someone please help
Afaik, it should be fine if you applied online and still should be under maintained status

My course was of 3 semesters only and everyone says that I can only get 1 yr PGWP. but because of my passport expiry I got 22 days less PGWP. Now I have updated my passport so should I apply for PGWP extension? is there any chance to get 1 more yr PGWP?
