There was other content I didn't discuss in the video, but this was just the minimum concept.
"Purchase Forward Tilt for 5 gems or watch an ad to unlock it for one battle?"
I would have liked to hear more discussion about how the gameplay of Smash would be implemented within the restrains of a more limited control scheme. Was pretty disappointed when most of the video was just UI design and other pretty pointless aspects of an imaginary video game.
Fair. But that would've taken me an extra 2+ hours to make, edit and demonstrate.
This was just a base of the concept (an empty shell I might say)
The game works just like smash bros but for mobile like I mentioned in the video. For more context it's a modified special version with touch controls, but knowing Nintendo they would release a controller for mobile like Microsoft and other companies do, or you can strate up just use an accessory from those other brands.
Also, you would've have an avatar character (a Mii) playable and customizable.
You would unlock outfits by playing story, events and PvP.
Assist bars like I mentioned in the video, will feel over time and are able to be used once per match. To illaberated more, the bar fils up just like the final smash meter in ssbu, but will increase when doing combos.
The UI are just rough concepts and is SUBJECT to change with further updates just like other mobile games.
And just like mobile games updates and new modes will be added.
I'm just one guy who runs 3 yt channels, Tik Toks and Instagrams and have a working job. I bearly have time to do anything so, Im sorry you were disappointed for the video. And I agree I should've illaberated more on the subject, but time was not on my side.
If you are to continue on this, would you want any help with it? I might be willing to help, even if I am rusty.
@@JediJess1 I appreciate you, but I can manage. I still think it's kinda surprising that Nintendo didn't make a smash bros mobile game, Mario kart had a mobile game, animal crossing had a mobile game, even the Nintendo Mii had a mobile game, yet no smash.

You make a good point. If they can turn 2D Mario and Mario Kart into decent mobile games, they had a decent chance with Mobile. Would've been interesting

Wait, why Kirby and Fox not in the staring roster.
They need to at least have the iconic 12 characters from Smash 64, it doesn't feel right without out them being in the base roster.

I would keep the OG 12 as the base roster then have everyone else be unlockables
Just like any mobile game, it would be trash that prays on children and people with no impulse control. Fun!
Essentially Mario kart tour all over again, hopefully with the standard base game mechanics.
