Honestly I feel that all Magick is Grey, at least in my world. Sometimes I get freaked out when things go too bad when I practice what I call a Karmic Retribution Spell, it works so well, I just stop for awhile. 🌄🎆
I wish all magic were as flexible as gray or chaos magic, but I still respect the traditions and cultures behind other forms of magic. Honestly, I’d love to learn how to use a Karmic Retribution spell-some people really do need a lesson. My friend and I tried it once, but it didn’t work. Maybe we missed a step or did something wrong.
@@mythxhunter well mana definitely as for chi and aura I believe chi is mana flowing through the body’s meridian system and aura is chi radiating out of the body’s chakra points
@@mythxhunter I resent the use of the word “BLACK” as being evil and “WHITE” as all good and pure. This idea is something that should be discarded. Black is not necessarily evil and White is not necessarily good, either can be one or the other and neither. This perpetuates some very negative stereotypes and undertones, especially dealing in “race” racial issues or perceptions that we need to get away from as a society. I personally call HIDDEN magic as “Black” magic, as basically a form of magic that is considered more hidden/occult due to the danger or its volatile nature, and not for the uninitiated or untrained practitioner. Magic that is used for malevolent purposes, I personally call “MAL Magic”
@@mythxhunterno, it's not magic it's your body's energy. It feels like magic, because not everyone can see or feel. It's a gift we all have. It just depends if your ready.
Seidr or seid, the old norse magic, was and is NOT a form of black magic - it was a form of magic and divine practice. It was more related to sharmanistic, apotropaic, and ect. using divination, healing, Runes as symbols and a close relationship with the norse gods. If you think this way about Seiðr, then most of these other forms of magic you mentioned in this video is also black magic. Please don’t demonise my ancestrial magic just because you don’t know it well. Otherwise a thorough video.
true, but many characters in Norse mythology used Seidr in a more malevolent way, often in the context of war. Later interpretations reinforced this, and during the Viking Age, the practice of seiðr by men carried connotations of unmanliness or effeminacy, known as ergi. Its manipulative nature was seen as contrary to the masculine ideal of direct and honorable behavior. Freyja, along with some other goddesses, were practitioners of seiðr, and Loki famously accused Odin of being 'unmanly' in the Lokasenna for practicing it. As I mentioned in the video, seiðr is a form of magic that is "sometimes" associated with darker practices. If it's truly your ancestral magic, you should be familiar with it or at least have read about it in the books on Norse mythology.
@@mythxhunter Yes, I have read much about Seidr in books and as with other forms of magic it can be used in good ways and bad ways. And you often in the sagas or the Edda hear of malevolent use of Seidr because it was not as exiting to hear about the peacefull use, and because as you say later interpretations where made of christian priests. Much of what we know are written down by christan priests which of cause had a bad view of pagan belief practice. But I have read of good use in the sources - examples are Ragnar Lodbrogs wife making him a shirt, that protects him, a mother making a dish to her son to protect him, and you can even see Frigg asking everything in the world to not harm Balder as Seidr. Seidr is maybe sometimes associated with darker magic but so is withcraft and mancer magic. But no matter - I wasn’t trying to start a dicussion war or hating on you or your video, I just wanted to point out that it can be used as god or bad as much other magic. Jeez yourself.
none, its not about the rituals, the magic comes from the user. It's based on how powerful and charge the practioners spirit is, and what gods, ancestors live in their dna and bloodline. Magic comes from within, not candles and crystals alone. I have done some powerful spells with just my bare intention and focus alone. Calling reality to bend just focusing on thoughts alone. Magic comes from within, the roads of rituals are just ways to channel that focus
The best magic? It's the one that works effectively for the practitioner. Think of magic as a mix and match-there is no single form of magic that fits every scenario in life. Remember, magic is a tool for your soul's journey.
Just on a very basic level your description of black and white magic are flawed. black and white magic are based on a primary principal are you performing the incantation on yourself or you casting it on another? Not surprisingly it seems like most of your information comes from the early Catholic Church which demonized and compartmentalize these practices, black magic in its basic nature is an individual performing an incantation on another individual or an external group or thing, white magic however is performed on oneself or on one's possessions, whether one is attempting to heal another person or harm them both those spells are classed as black magic, there is also a finer dividing line, consent, is the person that you're performing the spell on willing have they given consent, it doesn't change whether it's black or white magic but it does affect the intent of the spell. Curses for example would be a specific category of black magic because one doesn't generally if they're sane curse oneself,
I wish my mother whom i dont have a well standing life with would sometimes see these on youtube and watch them and try to understand bits and pieces of my life more... If i could choose which one to have already mastered, it would be the darker arts of the qlipithic in true study. Sephirothic study is a 2nd for me 😊 As for where i would fit in right now, grey is the area with a dabble of chaos practice in ceremony ritual woth success on evocation. Great video! I felt like i brushed up on a touch of what every well known potential gray 🩶 would want to know about when it comes to finding details about who is called what exactly. Definitely something I'd want a beginner student to watch to learn about especially when touching base on invocation and evocation.
If you could choose to master one form of magic from the list, which one would you practice?
Death magick & necromancy
Heka magic

I feel like u need to do more research on hoodoo and voodoo

That was AWESOME!!!
